The allometry scaling model is applied into genetic analysis for allometry growths of multiple body morphological traits to body weights or body lengths from 4939 Japanese flounder. The results show that to body weight, heritabilities in relative growth of morphological traits range from 0.251 to 0.755 and to body length, are moderate except for tail height(width of caudal peduncle) with maximum heritability 0.871. Moreover, most genetic correlations among these allometry scalings are negative.Body weights and body length, head length, length of caudal peduncle, body depth and depth of caudal peduncle from 2617 Japanese flounder observed at 360 days of age are analyzed using univariate and multivariate analysis with DMU packages in this study. Conditional genetic effects and conditional genetic variance components are also analyzed with statistical methods proposed by Zhu. Genetic variance components, genetic correlation and heritabilities of quantitative traits were estimated based on genetic model of quantitative traits. The results show that: most of traits possesses high heritability(0.424~0.582) with univariate analysis except for length of caudal peduncle with moderate one(0.373). All traits analyzed with multivariate analysis show high heritabilities ranging from 0.403 to 0.640, all the genetic correlations between each other are above 0.7. That means that all traits have great genetic ability. Their offspring will largely obtain their features stably and selective breeding of these traits should be achieved good results. Small correlations of EBV are found between conditional traits generated using method of Zhu and each trait, ranging from 0.008 to 0.364. The consequences indicate that single trait not affects on the conditional traits obviously. Conditional estimated breeding values are built by regression and covariance matrices, the latter have smaller correlation coefficients with EBV of each single trait. Therefore, conditional traits built by regression are nearly independent with single trait. Selection breeding of these traits should be able to gain a great achievement. This study also analyszes the difference distribution of SNPs between gills and swimbladder of T. Rubrips with transcriptome sequencing technology. 1183 SNPs of different types at same sites are found. Some genes with SNPs located in exon region have a significant difference of transcription expression. 11 genes in swimbladder show an obvious higher expression than gills, which mainly make a contribution to protect, support and stabilize the body, as well as associated with energy metabolism. While, 30 genes in gills express higher than swim bladder, play a great role in immunity, may also are involved in breathing and signal transport.
