How to advancing effective availability of pesticide and realizing minimization employ of pesticide had become a hot topic in agrochemical sphere, therefore,the effect of spray adjuvant,biological characters of plant and plant protection equipment on herbicide deposition were discussed, and the mechanism of spray enhancing the herbicide efficacy was researched. The key factor of improving effective utilization of herbicide was found.ultimately, the scientific basis for efficient and secure uses of herbicide was provided.1. The deposition of Allura Red which didn’t be added with spray adjuvant got larger along with the enlargement of spray volume under the spray volume 66.7L/hm2~333.3 L/hm2, and when the volume was 333.3 L/hm2 the deposition get the maximum,it was 3.46ug/cm2; After this condition, the deposition no longer increased and even began to decrease when the volume enlargement; After spray adjuvant was added, the deposition of each concentration had a significant increasing, and got the maximum at its CMC and spray volume 333.3 L/hm2 except for the concentration of S903. While, the conbination of S903 get the maximum at its CMC and spray volume 266.7 L/hm2. According to the raising amplitude of deposition, the sequence was S903,GY-Tmax,QS-304,GY-T12,OP-10 and S625; Finally, if the spray adjuvant S903, GY-Tmax and QS-304 was added, the droplet density was increased along with the enlargement of spray volume, and among each combination, the group of S903 had a biggest increasing2. The synergistic effects of different spray adjuvants and different concentration on controlling Echinochloa crus-galli and Amaranthus retroflexus were researched under greenhouse conditions, and the relationship of CMC and pesticide effects were analyzed. Besides, the synergistic mechanism of the six adjuvants on mesotrione was investigated from the point of contact angle and the maximum retention of mesotrione which were added with spray adjuvants. The result showed that the six adjuvants all differently enhanced the herbicidal effect of mesotrione, and had a better effect on controlling Echinochloa crusgalli. GY-Tmax and S903 had the best effect, while GY-T12 and QS-304 was better, the OP-10 and S625 had a general performance. Finally, every adjuvant had a obvious effect on enhancing the herbicidal effect of mesotrione in the concentration of no less than CMC. The six adjuvants could strengthen herbicidal effect of mesotrione by decreasing the contact angle and increasing the maximum retention.3. Adding spray adjuvant can inprove the deposion of pesticide, it can decrease the suface tension, increase the wettablity and maximum retention of pesticide which adhering to the leaves. However, conbined the consequence of deposition and synergism, only if the contact angle decreasing by a proper scope, spray adjuvant had an apparent synergism; There was a interrelation between the CMC of every adjuvants and the character of decreasing contact and increasing the maximum retention.The contact angle of pesticide was decreased along with the increasing of adjuvant concentration, and had a lesser increase when the adding concentration exceeded the CMC. While the maximum retention was increased by added spray adjuvant, and got its maximum when the concentration came to CMC.3. The synergistic effect of spray adjuvants on allura red and mesotrione showed spray adjuvants could increase the deposition of herbicide, and the synergistic effect was vary from different plants and herbicide. Comprehensivly, every adjuvant had a obvious effect on enhancing the herbicidal effect of mesotrione and allura red in the concentration of no less than CMC.
