In recent years, with the rapid development of poultry industry in Shandong province, but different sizes, management level and mode, pullorosis and mycoplasma synoviae disease infection rate are different. To understand the prevalence of pullorosis and mycoplasma synoviae in Shandong province, this report used the method of serum plate agglutination to test 16312 serums coming from Jining, Feicheng, Liaocheng and Heze about pullorosis infection,2849 serums coming from Taian and Liaocheng aboutmycoplasma synoviae, also about co-infection of the six kinds of breeder roosters. The survey found that the average infection rate was 8.39%(1368/16312) of pullorosis, the infection rate of cock was 9.32%(398/4270), the infection rate of hen was 8.06%(970/12042), below the 90 days of age chicken infection rate was 11%(206/1872), more than 90 days of age chicken infection rate was 8%(1160/14440). The infection rate of synovial bursa average mycoplasma was 16.71%(476/2849), the infection rate of cock 27.11%(398/1409), the infection rate of hen was 6.53%(94/1440), the infection rate at different day age chicken also were different, less than 90 days of age of infection rate was 7.26%(119/1640), more than 90 days of age chicken infection rate was 29.53%(357/1209). The average co-infection rate was 0.91%(11/1209).Therefore such farms still at the risk of infection about pullorosis and synovial bursa mycoplasma disease in Shandong province, however the individual field is relatively serious, especially the cock and the hen. Different age chickens had different pullorosis salmonella and mycoplasma synoviae infection. In the clinical diagnosis and treatment process, gathering chickens that pullorosis and synovial bursa mycoplasma positive serum, pullorosis was characterized by nodular lesions appearing to organs, nodules with lymphocytes, licking granulocytes and macrophages, and some of epithelioid cells composition. Mycoplasma synoviaewas characterized byjoint swelling, cavity filled with glue seepage peptone sample, synovitis of the joint cavity and the sheath are different sex, white blood cells and infiltrating fluid, the formation of the villi, the lower lymphocyte and macrophage infiltration and hyperplasia, thickening of synovial pathological changes. The research suggested that 10 strains of salmonella were a wide drug-resistance, and showed serious multi-drug resistance. The results showed fluorine benzene had the highest resistance at 60%, the other is Kanamycin was 50%, and the most sensitive to Ofloxacin was up to 80%. According to bacterial drug-resistant experiment, while contain three antibacterial agents is 30%, two is 20%, four is 25%.Bacterial resistance could bring great difficulty in clinical drug using.
