In this study, the fermented liquid and volatile substances of Bacillus subtilis K-106 strain which separated from rape and preserved in the laboratory, can obviously inhibited the mycelium growth and sclerotia germination of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum Aa367. Extract the lipopeptide antibacterial substances from Bacillus subtilis K-106 strain fermented liquid used acid precipitation method, and detection result of the extraction substances showed that the metabolites are five lipid peptide antibiotics which composed of Iturin A, Iturin B, Surfactin A, Surfactin B and Fengycin B used MALDI-TOF-MS.The result showed that volatile substances of Bacillus subtilis K-106 strain produce total 46 kinds of compounds, including some substances such as alkanes, esters, acids, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, olefins, amines, oximes, phenols and heterocyclic. Meanwhile,2,4,4-trimethyl-2-Pentene and 3-Undecene,6-methyl-, (E)-are respectively the highest content of 4.3% and 2.4% in these substances component. The best formulation of wetable powders (WP) of Bacillus subtilis K-106 was identified through screening of fillers, wetting agents, dispersing agents, stabilizers and so on. Bacillus content of Bacillus subtilis K-106 WP could be up to 1.0×108CFU/g, when the best formulation which optimum formula filler is diatomite, wetting and dispersing agent containing 1% xanthan gum and 1% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, complex were respectively 2% and 8%, stabilizers which 2% calcium carbonate. The experimental results showed that WP of Bacillus subtilis K-106 had a significant effect on inhibiting growing of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum Aa367, The highest inhibited rate of growing of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum Aa367 could be up to 66.2%.
