In March 2012, use of perennial ryegrass for material, set the NaHCO3 and NasCO3 (1:1) double salt solution concentration:0 (A)、0.2%(B)、0.4%(C)、0.6%(D)、0.8%(E)、1%(F), through the determination of seed germination and seedling physiological indicators and matter accumulation indicators.Research different double salt solution concentration of perennial ryegrass seed germination and seedling growth. In May 2012, the use of annual ryegrass for material.In 0.6% of NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 (1:1) double salt solution set under different concentrations of potassium silicate solution processing:0、A(CK2)、0.5 (B)、1 (C)、1.5 (D)、 2 (E)、2.5 (F)、5 (G)、10 (H) mmol·L-1, through the determination of annual ryegrass seedling growth index, protective enzyme, osmotic regulation substances and mineral nutrition elements content index.Research on the alkaline potassium silicate ryegrass physiological characteristics under salt stress, to learn more about silicate in improving plant resistance to alkaline salt stress of the role of providing scientific basis. The test results are as follows:1. Under the different salt stress, annual ryegrass seed germination rate, germination potential and decreased with the increase of salt concentration, compound salt solution is 0.6% (D), annual ryegrass salt resistance stronger.2. Under the different salt stress, perennial ryegrass seedling leaf relative conductivity the highest under 0.9% double salt solution processing, MDA content, proline content, dry plant fresh weight increase with complex salt solution concentration increasing trend, illustrate the cytoplasm membrane peroxidation. Chlorophyll content decreased with the double salt solution concentration.3. In the potassium silicate under salt stress, the growth of ryegrass seedling height, dry weight ratio, chlorophyll content increased, in concentration of 0.5-1.0 mmol·L-1 potassium silicate improve perennial ryegrass seedling dry fresh weight ratio; in concentration of 1.5-2.5 mmol·L-1 potassium silicate can improve the chlorophyll content of perennial ryegrass seedlings, shows that adding suitable amount of concentration of potassium silicate solution can promote the growth of seedlings.4. In the potassium silicate under salt stress, Perennial ryegrass seedlings of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbic acid peroxidase (APX) activity were on the rise, the activity of SOD in 1.0-5.0 mmol·L-1 potassium silicate concentrations increased, the activity of POD and CAT tendency in 1.5-2.0 mmol·L-1 potassium silicate concentrations increased significantly, APX activity tendency in 1.5-2.5 mmol·L-1 potassium silicate concentrations increased, suggests that plant by raising the activity of protective enzyme to reduce the salt injury.5. In the potassium silicate under salt stress, Perennial ryegrass seedlings of osmotic regulation substances of MDA, proline, relative electrical conductivity, soluble sugar, soluble protein content increased. Soluble sugar content in the tendency for 1.5 mmol·L-1-2.0 mmol·L-1 Potassium silicate solution treatment, the highest levels.6. In the potassium silicate under salt stress, perennial ryegrass seedlings mineral elements content of N, P, K, Ca and Mg element content were lower, Zn and Na element content increases, tendency in 0.5-2.5 mmol·L-1 with aqueous potassium silicate, ryegrass effectively accumulation of N elements in the body; Tendency in 0-2.5 mmol·L-1 with aqueous potassium silicate, ryegrass body Zn element content is higher, the Ca element under different concentrations of potassium silicate solution treatment, did not significantly affect the accumulation.
