This experiment selects the potted experiment, soil microbial enzymes activator were used as material, through the chemical fertilizers (urea) with organic fertilizer (wormcast), on the basis of research seedlings, open the influence of different concentration seems to maize seedling growth, including plant agronomic traits、physiological and biochemical basis and corresponding basic soil nutrient content。Mei-Dina activator as CK, this experiment adopts the three factors completely randomized block experiment design, the results show that:With the growth of maize seedling stage, plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, taproot length, total root number, root volume, whole plant fresh weight and the whole plant dry weight were gradually rising trend. In maize plants throughout the growth process, soil activator Miao-Tekai (A factor, four levels, respectively as A1(CK1)-0ml/mu, A2-350ml/mu, A3-700 ml/mu and A4-1400ml/mu) effects on maize plant agronomic traits of both showed significant (P<0.05) or extremely significant difference (P< 0.01), the experimental results show that high concentration of Miao-Tekai’s using is more advantageous to promote the growth of maize plants. Overall, Miao-Tekai in different concentrations on treatment effects on maize plant growth in seedling stage, in addition to the stem diameter present a A4> A2> A3> A1(CK1), taproot length in A4> A1 (CK1)> A3> A2, plant height, leaf area,etc.6 indexes present a A4> A3> A2> A1(CK1); CK reference to the use of the Mei-Dina activator for maize seedling stage of plant growth effects be inferior to Miao-Tekai,8 maize seedling stage growth index results show that, Mai-Tekai treatment compared with CK contrast each index increased by 6.41%~17.03%.Maize seedling stage leaf chlorophyll content, plant total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium are increased with the growth of the plants showed a trend of gradual decline, soluble protein and soluble sugar content of plant as the extension of seedling stage of corn growth period, showing a decline after the first rising trend. Overall results showed that Miao-Tekai for the use of corn seedling plant physiological and biochemical index of effect is extremely significant difference (P< 0.01); Miao-Tekai’s using for the plant seedlings in different concentrations, whole presents the impact indicators: chlorophyll, soluble protein, soluble sugar and total potassium A4> A3> A2>A1(CK1), plant total nitrogen and plant total phosphorus A4> A2> A3> A1(CK1). Miao-Tekai’s using for the plant physiological and biochemical indexes of the promoting effect were better than CK reference Mei-Dina activator, the difference between the smallest for plant total phosphorus increased by 1.00%, the biggest difference of soluble protein increased by10.54%.Soil activator Miao-Tekai (A factor) for soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available nitrogen, available potassium, available phosphorus and organic matter were extremely significant differences (P<0.01),for the influence of total potassium in soil was significant difference (P<0.01), indicating soil activator Miao-Tekai’s using is beneficial to improve soil fertility conditions. Among them, the soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available nitrogen and available potassium content for applying the highest concentration of Mai-Tekai, A4 processing effect is best, total potassium, available phosphorus and organic matter content is characterized by low concentrations of Mai-Tekai, A2 treatment promoting effect optimal. CK reference the use of Mei-Dina that promote the overall effect is lower than Miao-Tekai’s using, the optimal concentration of Miao-Tekai’s using for the soil fertility index higher 3.34%~12.32% than the corresponding CK reference the use of Mei-Dina activator...
