In order to better understand the efficiency of farmland irrigation utilization water and master effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water of Yantai, eight counties and cities and 144samples in Yantai are selected and measured according to related technical standard and requirement, including Zhaoyuan, Longkou, Penglai, Mouping, Haiyang, Laiyang and Xixia. Measurement analysis of effective utilization coefficient for farmland irrigation utilization water in Yantai has been done by taking several measurement data into consideration. The analysis results show that the effective utilization coefficient for farmland irrigation utilization water of 2013 is 0.6594.Measurement analysis process of effective utilization coefficient for farmland irrigation utilization water of 2013 in Yantai has been discussed in this thesis. The samples selection of irrigation area, numbers and typical field selection are introduced in detail. In particular, measurement and analysis of effective utilization coefficient for farmland irrigation utilization water has been significantly analyzed. "Head-rear" analysis method has been employed for measurement. Data of pure and gross irrigation utilization water of the sample irrigation areas are obtained by using direct measurement method. Effective utilization coefficient for farmland irrigation utilization water of sample irrigation areas are calculated by using the formulas in (Measurement and analysis guidance of effective utilization coefficient for farmland irrigation utilization water in Shandong Province》. Then, rationality analysis of the sample measurement results has been given in this thesis. Finally, questions and experience of the in the measurement and analysis have been summarized and the conclusion and suggestion are also given as a reference.
