Precision seed-metering device is a key part of sowing machine, its performance will directly affect the seeding quality. Therefore, study on the precision seed-metering device structure, performance and other aspects of the theory basis is provided for improving the working performance of seeder, which is important to improve the quality of soybean mechanization production.Detailed summary of the research status at home and abroad in the Soybean Precision Seed-metering Device in this paper, and working principle of plate type, Socket-roller type, disc-scoop type and air-blowing precision seeder are studied, according to the agronomic requirements of mechanical sowing soybean and statistical analysis of experimental data, the final determination disc-scoop precision metering device is suitable for soybean seeding.Secondly, The seed holding space of metering scoop in disc-scoop-type precision metering for soybean is analyzed, through the study of soybean seed physical traits, metering scoop dimensions were determined. In addition to seed filling, cleaning, dropping process of the mechanical at seed-metering device are analyzed. At the same time, mathematical models of the seed filling, cleaning, dropping are established. through the inspection of the relevant literature, established the relation between filling limit angle, filling falling angle, cleaning angle, cleaning start angle, cleaning end angle, dropping angle and the rotational speed of sower.Once again, take the seed spacing uniformity for the optimization objective, the seeder running speed, the installation height of dropping disc, dropping disc size are optimization designed, and calculate the optimal solution in the end.Finally, tested the relation between work quality of seed-metering and rotational speed of sower with three varieties of soybean, and the rule of influence of the equation was established, got the optimal seeding shaft speed at last. |
