Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli) referred to E. coli, the intestinal tract of humans and animals is the most abundant bacteria. Most E. coli strains are not pathogenic, but under certain conditions can cause intestinal infections outside. And some serotypes virulent, which can cause a variety of human and animal disease, often leading to diarrhea and sepsis, and fatal infections. The clinical use of antibiotics to treat E. coli disease, but in recent years with the extensive use of antibiotics, increasing multi-drug resistant strains of E. coli, human and animal safety has brought great risks. To master the resistance characteristics of Sichuan swine E. coli, the present study were collected from a plurality of large-scale pig farms in Sichuan samples were separated and identified E. coli and resistance analysis of fiuoroquinolone-resistant bacteria the detection of resistance genes, Sichuan Province swine E. coli virus prevention and control provides a scientific experimental data.1, the separation and identification of e. coliSichuan swine tissue samples collected onset pig manure or liver, etc., using conventional separation techniques bacterial pathogenesis of E. coli in pig tissues by morphology, cultural characteristics and biochemical properties of the isolates were identified. Using a mouse as an animal model of separation were performed virulence analysis, the results identified 198 Escherichia coli, including 26 isolates were pathogenic, abdominal infection in mice can cause death in mice.2,198 strains of escherichia coli for nine of quinolone and resistance analysis of 9 kinds of quinolone drugsCarried out in accordance with the Kirby Bauer method, recommended by CLSI 18 kinds of antimicrobial susceptibility test, the results showed that in the quinolone drugs for fiuorobenzene nicol, resistance to a maximum of 94.95%(188/198), the lowest amikacin resistant rate was 23.23%(46/198), In the quinolone drugs of grace of sand up to 87.88%(174/198), lowest of levofloxacin was 71.21%(141/198). At the same time in different parts of the ni also have differences, but multiple resistant rate is higher, especially 15,16,17 heavy resistance,26,32 and 38 respectively.3, the detection of PMQR genes in e. coli, distributionAccording quinolone-resistant gene sequence amplification qnrA, qnrB, qnrC, qnrD, qnrS, aac (6’)-primers Ib, qepA isogenic for all isolates resistant genes by PCR. The results showed that 198 isolates were not detected qnrC gene, qnrA gene detection rate of 11.11%(22/198), qnrB gene detection rate of 7.58%(15/198), qnrS gene detection rate of 9.09%(18/198), qnrD gene detection rate of 1.01%(2/198), aac (6’)-Ib-cr gene detection rate of 12.12%(24/198), qepA gene detection rate of 4.04%(8/198). The results above show scale pig farms in Sichuan swine Escherichia coli resistance to severe and the existence of multiple drug resistance. Sichuan swine Escherichia coli quinolone resistance and plasmid-mediated qnrA, qnrB, qnrS, qnrD, aac (6’)-Ib-cr and qepA genes.
