This study uses ultrasound scanning technology, computer image processing technology and statistical analysis to analyze the effects on the accuracy of ultrasonic living measurement caused by five ultrasound instruments, four postures while measuring and different measuring experienced staff, etc. Furthermore, it has certain sense for guiding production, which can improve the effectiveness of measured values and accelerate the process of genetic breeding. Meanwhile, To improve the quality of pork and Intramuscular fat content, We build Intramuscular fat content of living prediction model based on the line regression of ultrasound image parameters and Intramuscular fat content,The results of this study are as follows:1 From 5 instruments, bias, RMSE and ESD values of AQUILA VET are lowest, correlation index is highest and the accuracy of measuring is the best of them.2 The value of living measuring while standing naturally is closest to the carcass true value. However, the value of bow back position measurement is under large deviation.3 Personal effects such as personal obtained and personal recognition may impact on the accuracy of ultrasonic measuring, Personal obtained effect is smaller than personal recognition, and the effect can be reduced to minimum range through simple training.4 We obtained the optimal regression equation based on the line regression of 24 parameters of ultrasound image and Intramuscular fat content: y=-12.159+0.547P5+0.384P7-0.672P9y represents the prediction of intramuscular fat content. P5、P7、P9 are numbers of 2 pixels, 4 pixels and 6 pixels as a percentage of sample range. The value of R2 in the equation is 0.613.
