China as the world’s largest producer of tea production accounted for 42.29% of global output, exports of 321800 tons of tea accounts for 18.48% of the global total. The tea planting area of Mingshan is 20300 hm2, the percentage of tea planting villages is 98%,the percentage of households who are given priority with tea plantations is 90%, tea has become a major source of households’ income and economy’s mainstays of Mingshan county. Due to the driver of economic benefits, however, Mingshan County mainly presents the high investment and high yield of tea production mode of production, households’ fertilizer nitrogen input to the tea is higher and higher. An excess of nitrogen input not only broke the nitrogen cycle of ecological system, also have potential pollution threat to the regional environment.Based on households interviews and field soil samples collected form, the Research Paper evaluate the nitrogen balance of the tea plantation ecosystem research area as the goal, and from two dimensions of natural and cultural analysis of the effects of fertilization management of nitrogen balance. Tea plantation ecosystem management is firstly analyzed overall differentiation, then microscopic detail and builds the model of nitrogen balance analysis the situation of the research area of nitrogen surplus and its main cause, and then return to the macroscopic analysis of factors affecting the effect of n application rate. The main results of this study summarized as follows:1. the household management scale difference is mainly manifested in the household is given priority with tea plantations of arable land use types, but the soil total nitrogen content is the medium level, potassium content is low. Study area accounted for more than 77% of the total cultivated area of tea garden area, maximum 0.32 hm2 worth tea garden of cultivated land area of Anshan village, Hongguang village is minimum of 0.26 hm2. Comparative high quality tea garden soil fertility index, the basis of organic matter, total nitrogen, effective phosphorus accounted for 78%,98% and 98%, respectively, while rapidly-available potassium reach standard is only 3%.2. The households’structure differentiation includes households’ fertilizer structure differentiation and differentiation of households’ planting patterns, households mainly inorganic fertilizer, in which the mean of urea and compound fertilizer fertilization were reached 1.25 t/hm2 and 1.25 t/hm2, applying number of households were accounted for 96% and 94% of the number of households, obversion after total nitrogen was 946.74 kg/hm2, inorganic fertilizer n application rate and the ratio of organic fertilizer n application rate of 6.10, and inorganic fertilizer n application rate is about 86% of the total amount of nitrogen fertilizer. In tea garden relay intercropping mode, economic forest relay intercropping accounted for 67.22%, of which the largest proportion of tea and sweet-osmanthus relay intercropping.3. applying nitrogen content and tea production is a nonlinear relationship, shows that the tea production won’t increase with the increase of applying nitrogen content and endless, applying the best nitrogen content in the 800 kg/hm2~1200 kg/hm2. Study area villages are verified the conclusion that the correlation coefficient R2 are respectively of Anshan village is 0.107, Xiaobian village is 0.107, Yuntai village is 0.291, Hongxing villageis 0.015, Shangma village is 0.1.4. according to the nitrogen balance model to calculate the Anshan village, Xiaobian village, Yuntai village, HongXing village, Shangma village, nitrogen balance index K were 7.65,4.32,6.76,17.46,8.28, the surplus amount were 88.80 kg,67.17 kg,117.12 kg, 201.53 kg,185.98 kg, accounting for 44.64%,31.87%,39.50%,55.77%,39.50%of the total input of nitrogen. Five village of nitrogen balance V respectively 79.20%,50.57%, 67.56%,127.52%, and 67.56%. Analysis showed that nitrogen surplus and fertilizer nitrogen linearly related, statistical test correlation reached extremely significant level.5. analysis the influence factors of households’n application behavior for:tea garden area, the head of the household gross income level of education, tea garden gross income, the garden area is the most important influence factors affect households fertilizer rate, level of education is the head of the household of positive factors affecting households fertilizer rate, gross is restrictive factors affecting households fertilizer tea garden.
