The upper minjiang river valley is one of typical ecological fragile areas in our country, but also an important ecological barrier Sichuan Basin and the Yangtze River. In recent decades with the development of people’s economic strength and frequency of disturbance to the environment continue to increase, the relative concentration of population and land use unreasonable contradictions within himself so arid valley between population, resources and environment increasingly sharp.Strengthen the region’s vegetation restoration and environmental protection is important for the maintenance of ecological safety in the Chengdu Plain and even the upper Yangtze promote socio-economic development of the region. Due to the small annual rainfall in arid valley but evaporation, vegetation in the long-term evolution,in terms of appearance,growth characteristics, species composition of the formation of a special adaptation. Soil organic carbon reserves not only affects the quality of soil organic matter and the growth of plants,but affect the soil physical properties,nutrient storage and supply and soil microbial activity, could also have a significant impact. This paper selects typical arid valley core area Mao County, Sichuan Province, to study the rainbow rural locations, application of geostatistical methods, through typical distribution of different slope vegetation distribution and Soil organic carbon and its spatial distribution of components. The main research results are as follows:Three different slope downward,slope to the Yin and Yang than sunny slope,light is less,soil moisture is bigger,with good vegetation coverage,soil physical and chemical properties are superior to other two kinds of slope direction.Soil moisture content, vegetation coverage,organic carbon,easy oxidation of carbon, particulate organic carbon the mean are showed Yin slope>Yin half sunny slope>A sun distribution characteristics. Soil bulk density for performance A sun>Yin half sunny slope>Yin slope distribution characteristics.Three different slope downward,,the theoretical model of soil organic carbon are in line with the exponential model.The theoretical model of vegetation coverage in addition to the sunny slope in line with the exponential model, the other two slope to conform to the spherical model.Under the condition of different slope to the vegetation coverage and soil organic carbon semivariance function diagram both present a linear trend plus platform or secondary and platform,vegetation coverage and soil organic carbon has better half variance structure,within the short sample has obvious spatial autocorrelation,with the increase of distance,spatial autocorrelation is gradually weakened.Under the condition of three different slope direction,vegetation coverage variation is shown as half cloudy slope to the slope and half sunny slope increased significantly,compared with Yin half sunny slope, slope. Soil organic carbon variation with the rule of vegetation coverage is the same. Three different slope vegetation coverage and soil organic carbon both present a small nugget effect value, vegetation coverage and soil organic carbon under the condition of different slope direction are showing a strong spatial correlation. Vegetation coverage and soil organic carbon block effect value of gold are showed Yin slope>Yin half sunny slope>A sun distribution characteristics,and slope to nugget effect value with the two kinds of slope to the nugget effect value is large,after the nugget effect between values.Three different slope direction under the condition of vegetation coverage and soil organic carbon have a strong spatial heterogeneity,specific performance for slope vegetation coverage and the spatial heterogeneity of soil organic carbon to be better than sunny slope and Yin half sunny slope,slope and Yin half sunny slope spatial heterogeneity.Spatial correlation slope vegetation coverage than half Yin half sunny slope and sunny slope,yin half sunny slope and sunny slope.Yin slope soil organic carbon spatial correlation Than half Yin half sunny slope and sunny slope,yin half sunny slope and sunny slope.Soil moisture,soil bulk density spatial distribution of the lack of regularity,mainly displays in individual regional water content higher bulk density is bigger also. Three kinds of slope to the moisture content bulk density spatial distribution uniformity degree size order Yin half sunny slope> A sun> Yin slope. Vegetation coverage and moisture content distribution presents a certain consistency,in areas of high water content of vegetation coverage is higher also,three kinds of slope to the vegetation coverage has high consistency with water content distribution. From the vegetation coverage and distribution of organic carbon in different present a high consistency,where the high vegetation coverage showed high organic carbon content,different slope to the size of consistency degree are showed Yin slope>Yin half sunny slope>A sun distribution characteristics.Carbon particles and oxidation of carbon as a component of the organic carbon,Has high consistency with spatial distribution of organic carbon,from the particles in different organic carbon easy oxidation of carbon and total organic carbon size consistency degree are showed Yin half sunny slope> Yin slope>A sun distribution characteristics,consistency of slope and slope degree difference. Compared to easy oxidation of carbon and carbon particles and organic carbon has a high consistency.
