| Loess Plateau of western Shanxi is an important part of the Chinese Loess Plateau, whose agriculture development is affected by the landform and climatope. In recent years, the development of coal industry causes damage to organism’s habits, leading to reduced agricultural acreage and frequent natural disasters. Agriculture is the foundation of national economic and will affect national economy and the people’s livelihood. Loess Plateau of western Shanxi’s agriculture development is an important economic transition modes, requiring the scientific method to solve the above problems. Biological agriculture characteristics are the application of modern biotechnology in agriculture production, which has played a positive role in the global food crisis response and the agricultural ecological deterioration problems solving. It is one of the main agricultural development modes in the world. China attaches great importance to the application of biological agriculture, who has made great progress in agricultural biotechnology innovation, technology industrialization and application of biological agricultural materials. The development of biological agriculture has played an important role in solving the concerning peasants problems, improving agricultural ecological environment, implementing the strategy of "developing agriculture through science and technology". This paper focuses on the application of biological husbantry in agriculture development of Loess Plateau of western Shanxi, to explore the role of biological husbantry in regional agricultural development and economic and social development.This paper based on perspective of science and technology takes Liulin County Shanxi Province as an example to research the biological agriculture development of Loess Plateau in west of Shanxi, constituted by five parts. The first part introduceds paper’s realistic demand and other aspects and reviewes foreign and domestic biological agriculture research status, besides, this part also introduces the purpose and significance of this paper, including ideas and methods, innovation and deficiency. The second part is the research of biological agriculture and main development mode. First of all, this part starts from the introduction about concept and the development background, analysises the basic characteristics, the development connotation and the value of biological agriculture; secondly, from the perspective of science technology and society, this part discusses that discusses the effect of agricultural biotech in promoting agricultural development. Finally, this part introduces the development status and the main development pattern at home and abroad, and summarizes the general model of biological agriculture development. The third part is analysis of feasibility and necessity about biological agricultural development in Liulin County, Shanxi Province. This part put Liulin County as a typical case of Loess Plateau in western Shanxi, and combines the natural conditions for agricultural development, the economic and social conditions, the requirements of biological agriculture, and analysises feasibility and necessity of the local biological agriculture. The fourth part is structure of biological agriculture in Liulin County, Shanxi Province.Firstly this part analysis on agricultural development factors and operation system in Liulin County, And points out the gap, which is between the existing development mode of agriculture and biological model of agricultural development; this part also analysis on construction of biological agriculture development framework in Liulin County and the main body and its function in the system. The fifth part is advancing and prospect of development of biological agriculture. Firstly, this part Discusses how to implement ways of biological agricultural developmen to the agricultural development in Liulin County. Besides, analysises how to improving science and technology service system,which biological agriculture is needed. Finally, this part looks into the future of biological agriculture in Liulin County. |
