Applying nitrogen fertilizer production in China, the largest content the most, is the agricultural production in one of the most prominent chemical fertilizer effect. But nitrogen fertilizer applied generally short, low utilization, serious losses. Loss of nitrogen into the environment, cause a series of environmental problems. Hainan’s unique climate and parent material types and contributed to the loss of nitrogen in the soil. At present, little research about this. This study choose different climate type in different soil parent material development in Hainan province as the research object, indoor constant temperature culture method was used to study the soil nitrogen nitrification, and DCD for inhibition of nitrification. The results are as follows:1.DCD could be used as effectively inhibit soil nitrification, can serve as an effective inhibitor in Hainan is recommended to use in different climate type in different types of soils, the soil moisture conditions of DCD to adapt to wide.2. The low degree of dry soil ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen content is higher than dry degree higher relative content of the soil. Superior soil moisture conditions conducive to maintain a relatively high soil mineral nitrogen.3. In Hainan, the development of the heavy clay soil, the better to maintain higher soil mineral nitrogen, the more benefit in reducing soil nitrogen loss.
