| At the southeastern provinces, tobacco is the main crop and account for a large proportion of agricultural production. The tobacco seedling transplanting is the key link in the tobacco planting and it requires a large amount of labor. While current tobacco seedling transplanting is a low level of mechanization. To carrying out the research about the transplanter is of great significance to promote the tobacco farming mechanization.The article studyed the research status of the pot seedling transplanter, and introduced several typical pot seedling transplanters’mechanism and scientific research. In accordance with the tobacco’s pot seedling characters, transplant requirements and work conditions in southeast tobacco growing areas. The article analyzed the effect factors of the operating speed, seedling distance in row, rate of standing seedling, transplanting depth and zero speed seeding principle. Which provided the analysis of double crank rod hole former and drop seedling’mechanism. On the basis of the technology and research of the pot seedling transplanters at home and abroad, based on the existing multi-function chassis; the overall structure of the transplanter was designed, and the transplanter’s key components drop seeding and hole former mechanism were designed by CATIA software.In common with the prototype test of Zhangzhou Nanguan Wenfeng Agricultural Machinery co,LTD. From the experiment results that the standard deviation of seedling distance in row is 14.11 mm, the standard deviation of transplanting depth is 0.57 mm, rate of standing seedling, and so on, we can know that the tobacco pot seedling transplanter design is feasible and related parameters satisfy the transplanter’s requirements.The studied has some reference for the design and optimization of the tobacco pot seedling transplanter in southeast tobacco growing areas. |
