In order to reduce the effect of drought on the production of flue-cured tobacco in Pu’er area, several field experiment had been conducted, including the screen of drought-resistant seedling matrix, the synthesis technique of drought-resistant inter planting, the technique of utilize soil conditioner water, antiperspirant and biodegradable agricultural mulch film in field condition. The experimental results were obtained as follows:The experiment using for matrix was conducted to study the formula of matrix in tobacco float seedling production. Completed a drought nursery matrix formulation screening, determine the 1:150 to 200 times acrylic-a cross-linked lacerate co-polymer matrix proportion of Colloid and peat 3:7 for the efficient combination of drought nursery matrix composition optimal formula; Sheep liver stone+1:300 acrylamide-acrylic acid potassium as matrix should within 65 days after sow to guarantee that we could cultivate strong seedling with high stem.We screened out soil water conservation agent type Acrylamide-K for production and application of flue-cured tobacco in Pu’er area. The amount of using the LT-100 aquasorb 1.2-1.4 kg/acre and the useful methods of soil water retention agent and precautions were definite. LT-100 aquas-orb price was of 35 yuan/kg, the needed invest was 42-49 yuan perThe effects of different integrated drought cultivation techniques on tobacco agronomic traits were obvious. Plastic film mulching, in the early transplanting tobacco seedlings, played an effectively role of drought seedlings, promote the growth and development of tobacco plant, ensure the quality of fresh tobacco field, tobacco increases the value of the amount, get a better economic efficiency. Drought tobacco cultivation practices between different economic order:Double straw mulch mulching> straw mulching after film processing> cover film processing> straw mulching> aquas-orb> control handle.The experiment of antiperspirant in field was studied. The amount, concentration, method of application, time and use precautions of fulvic potassium, multi-effect triazole and triadimefon were proposed.Tobacco application launch biodegradable mulch drought technical tests, the results show that the degradable film imported from France was better overall performance in the production of promotional value. From an environmental and economic point of view, we could choose a suitable biodegradable plastic film to generaliz, reduce labor intensity and pollution.On the whole, this paper found out the role of mulch, straw, mulch with straw covering in the aspects of moisturizing, keeping warm and fertility. It determined the universality of the key technologies for Pu’er drought mulching cultivation. Through the survey, analyze, summarize, refined out of the flue-cured tobacco cultivation techniques drought measures to promote the application for Pu’er, namely:" High-stem and of good seeding Seedlings, depth planting with Ming water, cover soil moisture, hole irrigation of seedling, fertilizer water facilities". On this basis, a drought cultivation technical regulation of flue-cured tobacco in Pu’er area was developed.
