This study was conducted to determine the effects of dietary Emodin, Kelp powder and FOS levels on the growth, non-specific immunity, liver antioxidant and digestive enzymes of Procambarus clarkia,in ord to provide theoretical basis for optimizing the feed formular for Procambarus clarkia, which include three series:Series 1:Effects of Emodin on the growth, non-specific immunity, liver antioxidant and digestive enzymes of Procambarus clarkiiThis experiment researched the effects of Emodin on the growth, non-specific immunity, liver antioxidant and digestive enzymes of Procambarus clarkia.Weight (7.25±0.24)g Procambarus shrimp were randomly divided into 5 groups,3 replicates per group,60 shrimp per replicate. The first group was the control group fed with basal diet. The other four groups for the test groups, were added to the basal diet 25mg/kg,50 mg /kg,75 mg/kg,100 mg/kg emodin. After 8 weeks of feeding, Select one of the 10 specifications moderate Crayfish, collecting blood, liver, intestine,,growth performance, serum and hepatic biochemical indices, and intestinal digestive enzyme activities of Procambarus shrimp were investigated. The results showed that:Compared with control group, the group adding emodin significantly improve Procambarus shrimp weight gain (P <0.05),75 mg/kg group, the survival rate of the 75 mg/kg group was significantly increased (P<0.05). With the increase of the amount of emodin add, Serum lysozyme activity, ceruloplasmin activity, protein concentration and alkaline phosphatase, the hepatopancreas superoxide dismutase activity, hydrogen peroxide activity of glutathione activity showed a trend of increased and then decreased. Serum lysozyme activity, ceruloplasmin activity, protein concentration reaches its maximum when 75mg/kg, serum alkaline phosphatase activity reaches a maximum when 50mg/kg. Hepatopancreas catalase activity, glutathione activity reaches its maximum when 75mg/kg. Hepatopancreas catalase activity, glutathione reaches its maximum activity when 75mg/kg, superoxide dismutase activity reaches a maximum 50mg/kg when malondialdehyde activity is its opposite; In summary, diets adding 50mg/kg~75mg/kg emodin can significantly improve shrimp growth performance, immune function, liver antioxidant capacity and digestive enzymes. Recommend to add 50mg/kg~75mg/kg emodin in Procambarus shrimp feed.Series 2:Effects of Kelp powder on the growth,non-specific immunity liver antioxidant and digestive enzymes of Procambarus clarkiaThis experiment researched the effects of Kelp powder on the growth, non-specific immunity and liver antioxidant of Procambarus clarkii. weight (7.25±0.24) g Procambarus shrimp were randomly divided into five groups, each group of three parallel, each parallel 20.The first group was the control group fed with basal diet. The other four groups for the test group in the basal diet supplemented with 0.5%,1%,2%,4% kelp powder. After 8 weeks of feeding, testing Procambarus shrimp growth, the constituents of whole shrimp, blood and liver biochemistry, intestinal digestive function. The results show that:Kelp powder Procambarus shrimp survival rate and weight gain rates have a significant effect (P <0.05). With feed kelp powder add the amount of the increase in serum lysozyme activity, ceruloplasmin activity, protein concentration showed a trend of increased and then decreased,2% reaches a maximum, and the alkaline phosphatase activity in the serum at 1% reaches a maximum. With the increase in the amount of kelp powder added, hepatopancreas superoxide dismutase activity, peroxide hydrogen activity of glutathione activity showed a trend of increased and then decreased,.Superoxide dismutase activity reaches a maximum 2%, catalase activity and glutathione activity reaches a maximum at 1%, malondialdehyde opposite. In summary, kelp powder, add 1% to 2% in the feed can significantly improve the growth performance of shrimp, immune function and liver antioxidant capacity. Recommended to add 1% to 2% kelp powder Procambarus shrimp feed.Series 3:Effects of FOS on the growth,non-specific immunity liver antioxidant and digestive enzymes of Procambarus clarkiaThis experiment researched the effects of Emodin on the growth, non-specific immunity, liver antioxidant and digestive enzymes of Procambarus clarkia. Weight (7.18±0.26)g Procambarus shrimp were randomly divided into 5 groups,3 replicates per group,50 shrimp per replicate. The first group was the control group fed with basal diet. The other four groups for the test groups, were added to the basal diet 0.1%,0.3%, 0.5%,0.7% FOS. After 8 weeks of feeding, Select 10 specifications moderate Crayfish, collecting blood, liver, intestine,,growth performance, serum and hepatic biochemical indices, and intestinal digestive enzyme activities of Procambarus shrimp were investigated. The results showed that:Compared with control group, the group adding FOS significantly improve Procambarus shrimp weight gain and the survival rate(P<0.05), Growth rate and the survival rate of 0.5% group was the highest. With the increase of the amount of FOS add, Serum lysozyme activity, acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, ceruloplasmin concentration and protein concentration showed a downward trend after the first rise, reaching a maximum of 0.5%, The activity of nitric oxide in serum continued to increase, reaching a maximum at 0.7%. With the addition of FOS rise Crayfish liver superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) have continued to rise, malondialdehyde (MDA) activity continued to decline. As the amount of the feed increased the FOS, Crayfish gut protease and lipase activity showed a downward trend after the first rise, when added to reach the maximum concentration of 0.5%, amylase activity continued to show an upward trend, the experimental group compared with the control group, the difference was not significant. In summary, feed supplemented with 0.5% FOS can significantly improve the growth performance of shrimp, immune function, liver antioxidant capacity and intestinal digestion. Recommended Procambarus shrimp feed can add 0.5% FOS.
