Colibacillosis of piglet caused by pathogenic E.coli is an intestinal infectious disease. The characteristicsis acute watery diarrhoea and rapid dehydration.The disease can be divided into Yellow scourofnewbornpiglets in seven days, White Scourofpiglets from ten days to one month and Edemadisease of swine before and after weaning. The disease caused by E.coli has very significant age differences in epidemiology.The main reason is ETEC.We also occurred from suspected parts of the flow field of Nanjing of from pig farms suspected parts (including LiShui area, Pukou area, Jiangning area) of colibacillosis of piglet, we collect 200 Sterile samples of anus swabs in the performance of typical clinical illness piglet Sterile acquisition and 10 duodenal contents We isolate a total of 120 strains through the characteristics of microscope, Maconkey Agar medium, Eosin mei LAN medium, Dyeing properties.Many serotype of pathogenic E.coli can cause disease,including 08、09、O20、045、 O60、064、O101.0138.0139.0141.0147.0149.0157.We identified 81 strains from a total of 120 strains.The percentage is 67.5 of the identification of strains.81 strains cover 16 serorype,the priority to serotype is O101 (24.7%),0149 (17.3%), O20 (21%), O107 (10%).The percent of four serotype is 73.They are the main popular serotype. In addition to,the other serotype is 02 (1.2%).09 (2.5%).091 (1.2%).08 (2.5%).0138 (1.2 %).065 (3.7%).021 (4.9%).0119 (3.7%).014 (1.2%).0147 (2.5%).0111 (1.2%).054 (1.2%).Different area maybe has similar popular serotype,the other is maybe different.39 strains are failed to finalize the a total of 120 strains.Pilus (cilium) are the antigen of E.coli.K antigen is the antigen of capsular.K antigen can be divided into K(A). K(B). K(C). K(C) antigen is the fimbriae protein.lt can mainly cause pig diarrhea.The common antigen is F4, F5, F6.According to this study published in the GenBank, gene sequence, We design three pairs of specific primers fromF4, F5, F6, respectively through gene sequence.The results showed that We detected one positive strain of F5 antigen from 120 isolated strains.Using the disc diffusion method, We tested sensitivity test on 10 kinds of antibiotics druginvitro.Theantibioticsinclude macrodantin,erythromycin,gentamicin, Newcompound, Ming, kanamycin,penicillin,chloramphenicol, amoxicillin, polymyxin, enrofloxacin. The ratio of the 10 kinds of antibiotics respectively is 57.5%,79.2%,80%,60%,82.5%,95.8 %,75%,88.3%,69.2%,100%. And the antibiotics are occurred 4,5,8,9 drug-resistant spectrum.
