Climate change significantly affects the growth and nutrition accumulation of the rice and the winter wheat. The objective of this research was to investigate the effects of increased CO2 concentration and temperature on the content, accumulation and distribution of nutrient in the rice and winter wheat. The treatments included the elevated CO2 concentration to 500ppmv at the canopy (CE),increased canopy temperature 1.5℃ higher than that in CK(WA),elevated CO2 concentration to 500ppmv plus increased temperature 1.5℃ higher (CW) and the ambient air control (CK) in the field platform for studying the effects of climate change on agriculture. The main results showed that:(1)CE treatment significantly increased the biomass of the aerial part in rice. WA treatment significantly decreased the biomass of the aerial part in rice.Climate change also will influence the dry-matter weight in roots. The result showed that:CE treatment significantly increased the dry-matter weight in the rice roots at jointing stage and mature stage.CW treatment also increased the dry-matter weight in the rice roots.(2)CE treatment had no significantly effect on the the biomass of the aerial part and the dry-matter weight in roots. WA treatment and CW treatment decreased the the the biomass of the aerial part in rice. The two treatment also decreased the dry-matter weight in roots at the flowing stage.(3)CE treatment significantly increased the C accumulation in rice plant at flowing stage, filling stage and mature stage and the treatment also significantly increased the N accumulation at mature stage. WA treatment significantly decreased C/N ratio in rice seed and increased the C and N accumulation at jointing stage; but WA treatment had a negative effect on the C and N accumulation at flowing stage, filling stge and mature stage.CW treatment significantly increased the C and N distribution in rice stem and decreased the C and N distribution in rice grain.(4)CE treatment had no significant effects on the C and N accumulation in winter wheat plant.WA treatment had negative effects on the N accumulation and changed the C and N content in wheat plant. CW treatment significantly increased C content in wheat plant at jointing stage;but had no significant effects on the C N accumulation in wheat plant.
