Soil texture, crumb structure, water holding capacity, porosity and bulk density are important soil physical factors. They are the important indicator of soil fertility, and also playing an important role in permeability, water-holding of soil and absorption, utilization of soil nutrient, etc. The spatial variation of these factors is the same as soil nutrients, the forest growth was affected by their spatial variation in forest soils. In this paper, the soil bamboo in southern Sichuan bamboo sea area was studied. According a grid sampling method, studied on spatial variation of soil texture, crumb structure, water holding capacity, porosity, bulk density and humus layer thick by statistics and geostatistics. Beyond this, evaluatted physical fertility of soil in southern Sichuan bamboo sea area, and visual representation the results of the evaluation. It is important significance to operation bamboo, management and soil improvement, long-term tracking of soil conditions on soil quality for effective evaluation and monitoring, soil fertility oriented cultivation and data provide some theoretical basis, and promoted the healthy development of eco-tourism in the area with bamboo for local. The following were the major results:(1) It was fundamantal characteristics of Soil Physical Properties in southern Sichuan bamboo sea area:Coarse silt and fine sand content of soil more, and soil texture was mainly loam, silty clay loam and sandy loam in 0-40 cm soil layer. In addition to soil water-stable large aggregates showed weak variability(8.04%) in 0~20 cm soil layer, other indicators were between 10.38~57.09% and showing moderate variability in two layer. In Different soil, the clay, silt, water content of the stability of large aggregates, mean weight diameter, total porosity, capillary porosity, non-capillary porosity, water holding capacity, capillary water and water holding capacity of t0~20 cm soil layer was greater than 20~40 cm soil layer, but soil sandy and bulk density had exactly opposite.(2) Semi-variance result indicated that all of the 12 soil physical properties were spatial autocorrelation at different soil layers, variable range of spatial autocorrelation range 1041.915 m~11887.06 m. Each soil physical properties was spatial autocorrelation to different degrees, C0/(C+C0) ratio of between 0.03 to 52.07%.The C0/(C+C0) ratio of water stability of large aggregates, mean weight diameter, non-capillary porosity in 0-20 cm soil layer, and of water stability of large aggregates, mean weight diameter, capillary porosity, humus layer thickness in 20-40 cm soil layer was greater than 25%, showed moderate spatial dependence; other indicators of soil C0/(C+Co) ratio of all less than 25%, showed more intense spatial dependence in tow layer.(3) In the study area, soil physical properties had a clear spatial pattern, showing a variety of different plaque appears in the sample distribution. Each soil physical properties on their spatial distribution had its own characteristics, however, the some indicators between distribution patterns were also had some similarities; In different soil layer, physical properties of the spatial heterogeneity of plaques were differences, but in general a degree of similarity was existed.(4) Soil physical fertility quality was divided into five levels in South Sichuan Bamboo Sea of the Bamboo Forest, the performance of each level area was grade Ⅲ >grade Ⅱ>grade Ⅳ> grade Ⅰ>grade V ground. The soil physical fertility declined from north to south, and the overall poor quality of soil physical fertility, had obvious degradation trends in study area.
