The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of chitosan oligosaccharide and tea polysaccharide on growth,immune response and antioxidative of Eriocheir sinensis. A total of 243 Eriocheir sinensis (initial weight 7.8±0.1 g) were randomly distributed into 9 groups with 3 replicates per group and 9 per replicate. Control group was fed the basal diet, the experimental group were fed add 0.2%C,0.4%C,0.3%K,0.6%K,0.2%C+0.3%K,0.4%C+0.3%K,0.2%C+0.6%K,0.4%C+ 0.6%K Chitosan oligosaccharide and Tea Polysaccharide test feed.(C-Chitosan oligosaccharide,K-Tea Polysaccharide). On the 60th day of the experiment, each group were sampled to measure weight gain, specific growth rate (SGR) and feed efficiency, anatomy of the intestine and hepatopancreas and blood hematoeyte, test the content of LZM, POD, ACP, AKP, SOD, CAT, MDA. Then, the remaining Eriocheir sinensis were used the poison attack trial, the poison attack trial was done by intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection of Eriocheir sinensis at a concentration of 0.1 mL/ind (LD50 around 1.5×108 CFU/mL), for 14 d, calculation of survival.Results are as follows:(1)Growth index:Compared with the control group, each group added weight gain rate was significantly increased (P<0.05), specific growth rate was significantly increased (P<0.01), feed efficiency was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Thu-s, adding chitosan oligosaccharide and tea Polysaccharide can improve Eriocheir sinensis weight gain and specific growth rate, reduce feed coefficient, improve the utilization rate of feed, growth promotion.(2)Digestive organ index:compared with the control group, hepatopancrea-s weight adding group significantly(P<0.05) increased; hepatopancreas index signific-antly (P<0.05) increased;protein content in hepatopancreas except K2C2 had no significant difference (P>0.05), the rest of the experimental group significantly (P<0.05) higher than that of the control group; intestinal weight was significant (P<0.05) increased intestinal protein content; add group significantl- y increased (P<0.05); intestinal Escherichiacoli and Pseudomonas bacteria cou nt was significantly decreased (P<0.05), Lactobacillus and bifidobacteria signific-antly (P<0.05) increased; the above research results indicate chitosan oligosacchar-ide and tea polysaccharide can promote Eriocheir sinensis hepatopancres growth and development, improve theintestinal microbial flora, promote digestion of nutrients absorption of Eriocheir sinensis, thereby indirectly raising Eriocheir sinensis disease resistance.(3)Immune index:compared with the control group, the content of CAT, SOD, MDA, LZM, ACP, AKP, POD in serum significantly (P<0.05) improve-e; the content of CAT,SOD, MDA, LZM, ACP, AKP in hepatopancreas significa-ntly (P<0.05) increase, therefore, adding chitosan oligosaccharide and te-a polysaccharides in dietary can improve the immune indices of Eriocheir sinensis, decrease the content of MDA, reduce free radical injury on the body, improve theanti stress and antioxidant capacity, enhance the non-specific immune function and antioxidative ability. |
