The Survey Of Clenbuterol Hydrochloride And Olaquindox Residues Detection In Commercially Availablepork In Meishan

According to the number of stalls selling meat and pork sensory quality of urban area supermarkets and large farmer markets in Meishan including DongPo RenShou, PengShan, HongYa, DanLeng and QingShen. Samples were distributed in:①Dong Po, RenShou, both Peng Shan and HongYa county in various counties, respectively, to determine the two supermarket eight samples were extracted, identified the two farmers’market 16 samples were extracted; ②DanLeng identified two supermarkets to extract the sample, determine a farmers’market to extract the two samples;③Qing Shen identified a supermarket extract 1 as a sample, identified the two farmers’market to extract the four samples.To extract the pork samples for testing,the rapid test card of clenbuterol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride kit were chosen for a preliminary screening at first. The results showed that all the clenbuterol hydrochloride were negative, only one pork sample the KuiYiChun residual labeled content MQCA of south market of Renshou was detectd only in sample ten,2ug/kg, and the rest were not detected(detection limit lug/kg).Although residual labeled content MQCA of sample ten was detected, but it was less than residual labeled content MQCA of the announcement 235 of the agricultural department 4ug/kg. The test results were qualified and negative.High performance liquid chromatography method was used to detect KuiYiChun residual pork samples, and the results were negative and has certain representativeness. A total of four samples of clenbuterol hydrochloride and KuiYiChun residual were chosen for verification. And the results showed that fast inspection card(rapid detection kit) and HPLC detection results were identical with each other.There are 11 pork samples drawn from 11 supermarkets and 22 samples of pork from 11 farmers’ markets in Mei Shan. In turn, by sensory test, quick check card(Rapid detection kit) and validation of HPLC method, After analyzing, the conclusion were followed:all the pork samples were without clenbuterol hydrochloride,and pork of large supermarket was with specification. KuiYiChun residue of pork samples were not over the standards, and the percent of pass was 100. The clenbuterol hydrochloride and the quick rapid detection box of KuiYiChun was reliable. From the overall sampling results, Meishan pork is safe and reliable, and the citizens of Meishan may feed relieved edible.
