Strawberry (Fragaria×ananassa) is rose family (Rosaceae) strawberry (Fragaria) perennial herbaceous plants, belonging to the horticulture berries fruit trees.It is not only a kind of high economic value and nutritional value of rich fruit, is also a model plant of rosaceae genomics research.This study analyzes different under low temperature stress with physiological and biochemical indexes, such as antioxidant enzyme NADPH oxidase and FaNADPH change regulation of the expression, understanding of NADPH oxidase play a role in the process of low temperature stress in strawberry.The main research contents and results are as follows:0℃,4℃,10℃ under low temperature stress strawberry NADPH oxidase and antioxidant enzymes including superoxide dismutase (SOD), superoxide dismutase, SOD), catalase (catalase, CAT), peroxidase (POD), peroxidase (POD) and ascorbic acid peroxidase (ascorbate peroxidase, APX) activity, and reactive oxygen species (reactive oxygen species, ROS) including superoxide ion (O2-) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and malondialdehyde, malondialdehyde (MDA) content of dynamic change.Results show that the NADPH oxidase activity increased significantly under low temperature stress and the activity of SOD, POD and the content of MDA and ros were positively correlated, and that the strawberry and the enhancement of the cold hardiness of NADPH oxidase activity were positively correlated.At the same time, each index of different low temperature stress difference and comparison,0℃ and 4度 C, in addition to SOD activity between 10℃, other indicators are differences, among them, the NADPH oxidase, POD, APX and CAT activity and the content of active oxygen were difference reached significant level.Shows that the low degree of different will affect the NADPH oxidase activity, active oxygen content in the body, ultimately affect the activity of antioxidant enzymes.NADPH oxidase activity were measured by DPI inhibition of strawberry plants, at 4℃ above the physiological and biochemical indexes in the process of low temperature stress changes.Results show that by DPI treated strawberry besides APX activity in the plant, other indicators reached significant difference levels compared with controls, including reactive oxygen species and MDA content increased obviously, shows that the plant cell membrane are DPI treated by low temperature stress injury is more serious.Combining previous research and our results, puts forward the NADPH oxidase possible physiological role in the process of low temperature stress pattern.By real-time quantitative PCR technology of NADPH oxidase gene expression in the low temperature stress condition was determined.The results showed that the expression of FaNADPH volume continues to increase at the early stage of the process as the oxidative burst, the structure of the cell membrane was damaged, cell toxicity, the expression of FaNADPH quantity reduced.
