When the concentration of PEG is 20%, nine days isthe highest activity of SOD,6 days is the highest activity of POD,6 days is minimum of MDA content, PEG concentration was 25%,6 days, CAT activityisthe highest. When the concentration of PEG is 20%,6 days, the Tr and Gs, Pn values compared with ck was significant difference, so choose to PEG stress concentration 20%,6 days as a different origin burdock drought stress time simulation conditions. Drought stress burdock, different regions in Si Chuan burdock of SOD, POD activity is higher than other regions, the CAT live is higher also, synergy between antioxidant enzyme system, so the Si Chuan burdock lowest MDA content, higher antioxidant enzyme activity, reduce the stress to the destruction of the chloroplast,The Si Chuan burdock has the highest net photosynthetic rate, photosynthetic capacity is the best. Therefore, Si Chuan burdock drought-resistant ability is one of the best five regions.2.
