This research in the upper reaches of the Tarim River Nongyishi 16 group natural gray leaves of Populus euphratica forest as the study area, the field investigation and laboratory method for the determination of a combination of that of Populus pruinosa clone propagation characteristics and the growth dynamics, Populus pruinosa clone ramet population dynamics, Populus pruinosa clonal growth of external factor influence, Populus pruinosa clonal growth and internal factors influence. The results are as follows:(1) The clonal propagation of P. pruinosa occurrence characteristics and growth dynamics: forest edge 10-20 cm soil, forest 10-30 cm soil distribution in the cross walk lateral root is most suitable for adventitious buds and adventitious bud transformation is not unearthed and excavated ramets. 10-30 cm layer of transverse lateral roots is the main body of p.pruinosa reproductive cloning. Adventitious buds, and unearthed unearthed points number of tiller number and distance first unearthed clone ramet distance related, have been unearthed in clonal ramets of subsequent adventitious buds occurrence and transformation for cloning of new ramets has an important role. Populus pruinosa in the cloning process will be through adventitious shoot to unearthed ramets conversion rate to adjust the level of ramet population density and per clump ramet number. The results show that the p.pruinosa underground transverse lateral roots the clonal reproduction in natural forest regeneration plays an important role in recovery.(2) The Populus pruinosa cloning plant population dynamics research results: cluster distribution is the basic attribute of Populus pruinosa was cloned into plant population spatial distribution pattern. The Populus pruinosa cloning propagation characteristics are related to a variety of conducive to population growth and the habitat factors coupling leads to growth of population in this range is highly clustered, the scale may also be population natural regeneration of the area.(3) The Populus pruinosa clonal growth of external factors on the impact: habitat in the soil c ontaining content, temperature, soil organic matter, soil bulk density, soil porosity, field to water, soil alkali solution nitrogen content and soil available potassium affects the cross walk on lateral root shoot quantity; influence cross walk on lateral root unearthed clone individual number in the main external factor is soil bulk density, soil organic matter, soil pH, soil available P and soil alkali solution nitrogen content; soil water content, temperature, soil bulk density, soil porosity, field capacity and soil total salt content affects the cross walk on lateral root unearthed clonal plant number.(4)The effects of Populus pruinosa clonal growth of intrinsic factor results: horizontal lateral root(organ cloning) in total nitrogen and soluble sugar content not only significantly affected adventitious buds, adventitious bud transformation is not unearthed clone ramets and unearthed clonal ramets transformants to clone unearthed, but also signif icantly inf luence the growth of ramet clonal; organic carbon, total potassium, total phosphorus content in addition to influence adventitious bud and unearthed clonal ramet number outside also significantly affects ramet growth clone.
