The research purpose and the significance of microgravity breeding system simulation on ground were described. The microgravity simulations of advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and compared, and according to the mathematical model, the three-dimensional space breeding device for semi active air float design with three degrees of freedom ground simulated microgravity system was constructed. The paper copes with the dynamics of the system, and it focuses on the movement posture of the breeding platform in three dimensional space.The ground simulated microgravity breeding system studied in this paper is a complex system with random time-varying parameters and nonlinear parameters, if we adopt the traditional PID controller can not accurately model the system, and its control effect is not ideal. Therefore, under the condition of no real physical experiment device, this paper only makes the analysis and design of the principle. On the basis of the dynamic analysis of the system and the force balance on the simulation target, the RBF neural network based on radial basis function neural network self-tuning PID parameters of the controller to control the breeding system, which can make the system fast and stable to achieve the ideal form. Based on the gravity compensation problem of the breeding platform in the vertical axis, the space position and attitude of the three degree of freedom system are further planned and described. Firstly, a mathematical model was established to analyze the trajectory of the given elliptic space curve; Then, based on the homogeneous space coordinate transformation and the parametric theory, the three spline interpolation function approximation algorithm was used to list the parameter equation; Finally, the parameters of the x,y,z three axes were solved by Matlab programming, so as to realized the goal of controlling the three-dimensional position of breeding platform.Matlab software simulation validation based on mathematical model algorithm is reasonable and feasible. The simulation results show that, RBF neural network PID control algorithm can be achieved on the ground simulation of space microgravity environment for breeding effect. And the control system of spatial position of three spline interpolation function approximation algorithm, can make the space trajectory curve of parallel mechanism is established. In this paper, the design and planning of the control method of the ground simulated microgravity breeding system is reasonable and feasible.
