In this article,through the crown rot come on the field investigation,the research on Fusarium.graminearum, Fusarium. Pseudograminearum and infect of wheat,using multiple PCR amplification techniques to detect the existence of two kinds of Fusarium in the wheat,using pulse width modulation type portable chlorophyll fluorescence detector to collect luomai 24,zhongmai 895,lankao 198,xianmai 12,yumai 158 five wheat varieties such as chlorophyll fluorescence intensity and related disease index and the relationship between the incidence of adiease,use of EPSON perfection V700 photo to scanning images of root system,and mainly achieved those results:Fusarium.graminearum and Fusarium. Pseudograminearum to infect luomai 24 wheat varieties and colonization,and found that the early pathogenic bacteria in root and stem base has the infection and colonization.Experiment with luomai 24,zhongmai 895,lankao198,xianmai12,yumai 158 as material,through the use of Fg11F/R,and using PCR detection technology, F.graminearum and F. pseudograminearum for testing,it is concluded that F.graminearum and F. pseudograminearum is one of investigation within the scope of the pathogen of crown rot.Experiment with luomai 24,zhongmai 895,lankao198,xianmai12,yumai 158 as material,throughpulse width modulation type portable chorophyll fluorescence detector,collect contacts between photosynthesis and crown rot related data;At the same time, combined with field investigation for disease index,incidence of adisease,such as data,analysis of wheat stem crown rotassociated with photosynthesis.Results show that the initial fluorescence intensity changes, the strongest fluorescence intensity change,variable fluorescence intensity change and the disease index trend,there was no significant difference;Except the xianmai12 similar to variable incidence of fluorescence intensity change and the trend, the initial fluorescence intensity change,other varieties of fluorescence intensity,variable fluorescence intensity changes are strongest with the incidence trend,in the high incidence of disease stage,the detection of five kinds of wheat fluorescence intensity, the strongest variable fluorescence intensity are weak,and negatively correlated with the incidence.Among them,the initial fluorescence paramenters change,the greater the corresponding incidence is higher,also the stem crown rot resist ability is weaker.Test with luomai 24,zhongmai 895,lankao198,xianmai12,yumai 158 as material,through regular use EOSON perfection V700 photo root image scanning,WinRHIZO root analysis system,400 BPI under each of the wheat root length,average diameter,surface area,volume,root length per cubic meter of parameter,using the variance analysis and multiple comparison analysis,statistical analysis methods,such as discrimination of varieties tested resistance.The results show that the different wheat varieties in the vally of the same grain sickle bacteria,fake grass valley sickle bacteria of huo galanz Hoagland nutrient solution culture conditions,disease resistance are different,it can be divided into four categories in turn.The first kind of luomai 24;In the second category for zhongmai 895;The third type of yumai158;The fourth class of lankao198 and xianmai12.
