This paper reached the physiological effects of OA and endophyte elicitors on Dendrobium officinale protocorms, analysis the response to physiological of PLBs of different elicitor, by measuring changed in the amount of PLBs growth, cell viability, POD activity and soluble protein content, chlorophyll content and polysaccharide content, in order to be a theoretical basis for the study of plant resistance. Conclusions were as follows:1. OA induced suspension culture of PLBs 21~28 d, the growth of PLBs was all higher than the control group, the highest volume growth of PLBs was 59.28%, when the final concentration of OA 0.05 mmol/L, and the growth was sustained.2. When the final concentration of OA 0.05、0.1 mmol/L, cell viability of PLBs had a clear upward trend after 21 days, in which the final concentration of OA 0.1 mmol/L was higher 3.52μg/(g-h).3. Soluble protein content of PLBs when induced culture 21 days, added different concentrations of OA was higher than the control group. When the final concentrations of OA 0.1 mmol/L, the soluble protein content of induced suspension culture of PLBs was 0.681 mg/g,the level of soluble protein content were 0.1、0.5、1、0.05、0mmol/L.4. Added OA content change of chlorophyll of PLBs was not obvious, only a little improved. Chlorophyll content were higher when OA induced suspension culture of PLBs 21 days. It was almost the same high when the final concentrations of OA 0.05、0.1、1 mmol/L, liked the final concentrations of OA 0.05 mmol/L the cholrophyll of PLBs was 0.532 mg/g.5. The polysaccharide content of PLBs had no significant change with a final concentration of OA 0.05 mmol/L. While inducing 21 days, polysaccharide content of PLBs was 35.43%, compared with the control group increased by 1 times.6. OA induced PLBs by solid culture, when a final concentration of OA in medium 0、 0.05、0.1 mmol/L, the PLBs was grown in a good condition. The PLBs could gradually grown into a complete plant, in which the final concentration of OA 0.1 mmol/L.7. In summary, the final concentration of OA 0.05 mmol/L when the PLBs suspension8. Cultured 21~28 days, had adapted of OA induced, grown better; growth was higher with an upward trend, and polysaccharide content had been at a higher steady state. Whether the solid or the liquid culture suspension culture of PLBs were able to grown.9. Compared with OA induced endophyte elicitors on PLBs induction results is different with Chen XM et, it is needed to be specific reasons for further testing.
