There is lots of grain in Heilongjiang Province, and rice is the most basic food crop in Heilongjiang Province, the second is corn. The rice planting area has reached four point five million hectares in 2015. As we all know, rice is the largest water-consuming crops. Before people use relatively backward planting methods, the traditional irrigation of rice will use a lot of water,but few of the water is absorbed by the growth of rice. The rest of the water is wasted by evaporation and leakage form, and the yield is not high. So the Controlled irrigation technique saves the irrigation water and improve production Then this technology will gradually replace the traditional model and be loved by people.This study was researched in the way of comparison in Farm Daxing, Heilongjiang Province,randomized block arrangement, the same foundation soil is prerequisite, rule out other technical measures such as rice growing conditions. There are four treatments with three repeats totally,respectively, four treatments are Conventional irrigation, as controlled trials and Controlled irrigationⅠ, Controlled irrigation Ⅱ,Controlled irrigation Ⅲ. The research mainly study and analyze the soil surface condition, irrigation water regularity, economic benefit, at the same time we get the amount effective panicles, the amount of panicles grain, seed setting rate, thousand kernel weight, plant height and tillers. Through above research content, verifying the advantages of wate saving and control irrigation techniques, making feasibility analysis, then promote. The specific plot test results are as follows.Plot test results of 2015, four deals have different amount of irrigation water, the amount of irrigation water under Conventional irrigation is 5300.55 m3/hm2, the average amount of irrigation water under Controlled irrigation is 4376.85 m3/hm2. the descending order of irrigation water amount is Conventional irrigation, Controlled irrigation Ⅱ,Controlled irrigationⅠ, Controlled irrigation Ⅲ, compared with Conventional irrigation, the amount of Controlled irrigation water saving is 923.7 m3/hm2, the amount effective panicles and seed setting rate: Controlled irrigationⅠ> Controlled irrigation Ⅱ> Controlled irrigation Ⅲ> Conventional irrigation, the sort like the amount irrigation water, Within a certain range, if this two characters are higher, the production will be higher; the amount of panicles grain: Controlled irrigationⅠ> Controlled irrigation Ⅱ> Conventional irrigation > Controlled irrigation Ⅲ, Controlled irrigationⅠandControlled irrigation Ⅱ have a little difference, controlling the water strictly under Controlled irrigation Ⅲ have negative effects on the amount of panicles grain; thousand kernel weight:Controlled irrigation Ⅱ>Controlled irrigationⅠ> Controlled irrigation Ⅲ = Conventional irrigation, Conventional irrigation is the same as Controlled irrigation Ⅲ, but lower than Controlled irrigationⅠ,Controlled irrigation Ⅱ,and production is far less than Controlled irrigationⅠ,Controlled irrigation Ⅱ; plant height: the trend is increased before they are reduced under the whole growth period; tillers: Controlled irrigation is higher than Conventional irrigation and change rule is the same as plant height, in general variation trend first increases and then decreases, the production of Conventional irrigation is 9500.70 kg/hm2, the average production of Controlled irrigation is 10092.45 kg/hm2,the average increasing production of is 591.75kg/hm2,the average increment of irrigation water use efficiency is 0.5182kg/m3, fit irrigation water and yield, establish a second order polynomial regression curve, when the highest production is 696.94kg/mu, the amount of irrigation water is 297.55m3/mu. Based on projection pursuit classification model, conducting economic benefit evaluation of rice Control irrigation techniques at text plot and surround. Ranging the irrigation mode from first to last is Controlled irrigationⅠ> Controlled irrigation Ⅲ> Controlled irrigation Ⅱ> Conventional irrigation, and the five administrative area is better than Conventional irrigation.
