ZhengDan958 are used to elucidate the effect of seven different tillage treatments including the conventional rotary tillage(CK),no-tillage(T1),30 cm exchange row sub soiling(T2),second year 20 cm turn-over tillage(T3),second year 25 cm turn-over tillage(T4),second year 30 cm turn-over tillage(T5) and every year 25cm rotary tillage(T6), on soil properties, root morphology, physiological indexes, agronomic traits of corn upland part, grain yield and yield components and so on. We expect to explore the suitable farming methods in Northern of Liaoning Province and provide scientific basis for the establishment of the ideal soil through studying the mechanism of different tillage treatments effect on soil and maize growth and development. The results were as follows:The soil bulk density of different treatments shows obvious difference,soil bulk density in tillage treatments reached soil depth whose order of magnitude were rotary tillage< turn-over tillage< sub soiling was smaller than the tillage treatments not reached.The effect of different tillage treatments on soil porosity showed the opposite trend of soil bulk density.In 2014 Grain filling stage,the moisture content of the soil in the 0-10cm layer shows second year 20 cm turn-over tillage,second year 25 cm turn-over tillage,second year 30 cm turn-over tillage and every year 25cm rotary tillage were greater than 30 cm exchange row sub soiling,conventional rotary tillage and no-tillage,in the 11-20cm and 21-30cm layer second year 30 cm turn-over tillage was biggest and every year 25 cm rotary tillage was second big.The 30 cm exchange row sub soiling was biggest and second year 30 cm turn-over tillage is second big.The root morphological indexes (including root length, root surface area and root volume) and root dry weight of different tillage methods reached the maximum in Grain filling stage. The indicators of second year 30 cm turn-over tillage in Grain filling stage in 2014 year was biggest and every year 25cm rotary tillage was second big.The indicators of sub soiling in Grain filling stage in 2015 year was biggest and second year 30 cm turn-over tillage was second big.Leaf area index reached the maximum value in Tasseling stage,second year 25 cm turn-over tillage,second year 30 cm turn-over tillage that was biggest and every year 25cm that second big rotary tillage were extremely higher than other treatments in 2014 year,and sub soiling that was the biggest second year 25 cm turn-over tillage,second year 30 cm turn-over tillage that was second big and every year 25cm rotary tillage were extremely higher than other treatments in 2015 year.Dry matter weight per plant reached the maximum in Maturity stage and its trend was similar to LAI,second year 30 cm turn-over tillage was biggest and every year 25cm rotary tillage was second big in 2014 year,sub soiling was biggest and second year 30 cm turn-over tillage was second big in 2015 year.The plant height reached maximum in Tasseling stage,every year 25cm rotary tillage was biggest and second year 30 cm turn-over tillage was second big in 2014 year,sub soiling was biggest in 2015 year.The maize yield laws were as follows:second year 25 cm turn-over tillage,second year 30 cm turn-over tillage that was biggest and every year 25cm that second big rotary tillage were extremely higher than other treatments in 2014 year,sub soiling was biggest and second year 30 cm turn-over tillage was second big in 2015 year.Preliminary study showed that second year 30 cm turn-over tillage was more suitable for local farming method,and its yield was high and stable.
