The history of bee farming in China is over thousands of years.It is an effective tool to serve the agriculture and is an effective channel for farmers to get rich. The excellent local species in China is the Apis cerana cemna Fabricius. Most of famers like single queen colony bees. The farm who feed double queen colony bees because he can’t understand the technology of feed double queen colony bees. At present, although Apis cerana cerana F. don’t fear cold, can find litter flower, can fight for Vespidae, Apis cerana cerana F. is replacing by Apis mellifera L.. This text make a contribution to the bees industry, is committed to the promotion of Apis cerana cerana F. double queen colony bees technology, and in order to protect Apis cerana cerana F. species. The various characters of the double queen colony bees was studied. Study on Insect morphology,insect biology,insect ecology as well as Natural enemies of insects lived with double queen colony queen colony bees. All of the paper studies could used in Apis mellifera L..The experimental results showed that:the study of central temperature of double queen colony bees found that double queen colony bees is 0.71℃ higher than single and the temperature is more stable, more conducive to the reproduction of bees. The mature time of Double queen colony bees’worker is 0.7 days earlier than the single queen colony bees. So it is more conducive to Pollinating flowers. The wing,body weight of Double queen colony bees is great than the single queen colony bees. So Double queen colony bees is advantage of management and gathering. The moisture content of Double queen colony bees is 56.4%, while the single queen colony bees’is 70%.So double queen colony bees’worker is more cold-resistant.The LD50 Minusof double and single queen colony bees is 10 minute. But in the range of 37-45℃ mortality experiments under high temperature, there difference in 43 ℃. The conclusion is that the double queen colony bees’Close lethal temperature range is higher.Enemies of bee make bee-famer lose money frenquently, so I caught many enemies of bee in China Changsha. Such as Philomycus bilineatus(Benson), Bufo marinus, Episyrhuus balteata(De Geer), Gekko chinensis, Protaetia aurichalce F., Vespa bicolor, Polistes rothneyi, Epeia domiciliorum, Heteropoda venatoria, Blatta orientalis, kronopolitessvenhedini(Verhoeff), Galleria mellonella L.,Apanteles galleriae Wilkinson, Monomorium pharaonis L.Finally, I discover a good method that is boiled water-watering to kill ant.
