Citrus Huanglongbing can have a devastating impact on the citrus industry. With the promotion of citrus cultivation technology and government support, as well as global warming, the infected area is also increasing. In order to understand the distribution, spread characteristics and population differences of Citrus Huanglongbing in Hunan province, and establishing Citrus Huanglongbing prevention and control exemplary area, suspected samples and citrus psyllids from more than 20 counties (cities) in Hunan, Jiangxi and Fujian Province have been detected. Then making the foundation for disease prevention and control of Citrus Huanglongbing by establishing the comprehensive prevention and control exemplary areas in Lingling, Yongzhou for further study of the disease. The main results are as follows:1, Added some southern Hunan counties (cities) as Citrus Huanglongbing infected areas by the detection of 216 samples from 22 counties (cities). It can be inferred that Citrus Huanglongbing in Yueyang is due to random transporting seedlings. Understanding the spread of Citrus Huanglongbing in Hunan Province and incidence and basic prevention methods in Hunan, Jiangxi and Fujian provinces.2, PCR was amplified and sequenced by 16S rDNA and M94319’s sequences of primers Oil/012 and TL/TR, and using phylogenetic software MEGA5.0 for clustering analysis. The results showed that the genetic differentiation of Citrus Huanglongbing pathogens in Hunan Province is small. Samples of two counties in Jiangxi Ganzhou basically belong the same small species. The sample from Quanzhou, Fujian Province individually belongs a small species. The basic laws of genetic differentiation basically depends on the geographical distribution, species difference is also an important factor in genetic differentiation.3, With primer of OI1/o12 and TL/TR s for PCR amplification,a citrus psyllids’DNA were extracted by a modified SDS method. Samples keeping consistent with the positive control were sent for sequencing. It can quickly identify with pathogens. It is a relatively complete, stability, sensitivity and very good maneuverability citrus psyllids’detection system and the detection rate is more than 80%.4,Learning occurrence and basic prevention methods of citrus Huanglongbing in Hunan Province. Focus on chemical control to prevent virus transmission through citrus psyllids in spring, summer and autumn. Timely excavation of diseased plants and pruning diseased bran ches in affected parks, as well as non-toxic seedlings transportion in unaffected parks.
