In this study, we investigated fungi resources from Pinus tabuliformis rhizosphere in six areas of northern Shaanxi, inoculated ectomycorrhizal(ECM) fungi through pot experiment, screened excellent strains for promoting growth of P. tabuliformis and inoculated P.tabuliformis in the field to research the effect of ECM fungi on the growth of P. tabuliformis. The main results as follows:1. In order to investigate the relationship between P. tabuliformis rhizosphere associated fungi resources and soil physical-chemical properties in northern Shaanxi, P. tabuliformis roots from northern Shaanxi were collected to isolate fungi. A total of 21 species of fungi were isolated. The correlation analysis indicated that available nitrogen, available phosphorus and organic matter were positively related with ectomycorrhizal colonization rate. The ECM fungi was positively correlated with water content, organic matter, available nitrogen, available potassium, and significantly negative correlated with total potassium. The dark septate endophytic fungi(DSE) was positively correlated with soil water content, organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium.2. We screened excellent strains for promoting growth of P. tabuliformis.Ectomycorrhizal colonization rate displayed all ECM fungi have a good symbiotic relationship with P. tabuliformis. Ectomycorrhizal colonization effect of BL, 5, SL, 65, SB is better than uninoculated, and significant difference. The correlation analysis showed that ectomycorrhizal colonization rate was significantly correlated with stem length, weakly correlated with plant height and root length. In conclusion, BL、5、SL、65、SB had the best growth effect to P. tabuliformis.3. The effect of ECM fungi in the growth of P. tabuliformis. Field test results showed that soil total potassium content and available potassium content increased as the inoculation time lengthen, but not significant different in the later stage. Soil total phosphorus content andavailable phosphorus content were reduced by the inoculation time, but had no significant difference in the later stage. The changing trend of soil organic matter content and ectomycorrhizal colonization rate was consistent, they were the highest in summer. The chlorophyll content and tenderest branches height of P. tabuliformis results showed that inoculation groups were higher than control group. So ECM fungi increased ectomycorrhizal colonization rate of P. tabuliformis, changed the soil physical and chemical properties, improved the chlorophyll content in needles, promoted the growth of P. tabuliformis tenderest branches height.4. The effect of ECM fungi in P. tabuliformis rhizosphere soil microbial community diversity. Inoculation area fungal community and bacteria community had more bands, and dominant bands are more obvious. In the same time, different inoculation areas, bacteria community had more bands than fungal community, but fungal community dominant bands are more obvious than bacteria community. In the same sample at different collecting time, fungal community dominant bands are more obvious than bacteria community. In inoculation areas, fungal community diversity index difference is more larger, bacterial community difference is smaller, bacteria community similarity coefficient is generally higher than fungal community similarity in inoculation areas.
