To identify different gravel mulching to keep farmland water and quantitative impact of crop growth, through field experiment, this paper studied the different gravel mulching on soil temperature, soil water storage, soil evaporation and crop growth and development, the influence of the following main conclusions:(1)Crop is grown throughout the reproductive period under different processing conditions, soil profile 5 cm deep in the controlled processing of maximum temperature, maximum daily range and the maximum average temperatures were higher than gravel processing.(2)The gravel mulching conditions, the average daily evaporation of soil were significantly lower than control.Based on different conditions of gravel mulching, soil evaporation statistical analysis it is concluded that the soil cumulative evaporation WST0.25, biggest WST1.00 minimum, and with the increase of evaporation days, each processing cumulative evaporation difference decreases.(3) Different gravel mulching processing cumulative evaporation with a quadratic power function increase evaporation time, the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.94, the total soil evaporation capacity with the increase of gravel mulching change trend of polynomial function to reduce, the decision of the fitted curve coefficient reaches 0.96.(4) The gravel mulchinging treatment significantly increased the soil water storage, and with the increase of gravel mulching.(5) In the period of summer maize and winter wheat, gravel mulching can promote crop growth.Gravel mulching processing of summer maize ear length, ear coarse, ear ear grain number and grain weight were greater than control, and increases as the amount of coverage.Gravel mulchinging treatment can effectively improve the winter wheat grain and economic production.
