This article submitted the design requirements for vibration type fruit-picking machines in the southern region after investigating the growing and harvesting characteristics of forest fruit by taking the camellia oleifera for an example,and analysed the energy consumption of picking machine basing on the analysis of the working principle of vibration type picking machine. Completed the whole structure machine design of the vibrations type forest fruit picking machine particularly suitable for picking camellia oleifera, and analysed the key parts such as travel agencies, implementing agencies, and vibration agencies.Established the 3D solid mass model of the key parts of the vibration main forest fruit picking machine such as chassis, picking arm and the end of picking by using the Pro/E software, and carried on the virtual assembly according to the picking machines working relationship between parts and the relative position of the mechanical system of the harvester, in the end got the mode of vibrations wood’s fruit picks machine virtual assembly model. Then imported the virtual prototype model from the Pro/E software into ADAMS software, and edited the physical property of dynamic model based on the design of actual physical prototype material property; and added an appropriate motion, drive, work load, etc, through analysis of the situation of every component in the actual movement in the job. After completing the above operation, and adopting the accurate confirmation, the dynamic simulation model of the vibrations type forest fruit harvester is established finally.The reference coordinate to determinate the position of joints and various arm members of the vibration type forest fruit harvester is established according to the D-H coordinate, and the kinetic energy and potential energy of various arm connecting rod and joint is calculated, in the end the Lagrange dynamics equation is obtained after the variable derivation. The kinetic emulating analysis of the vibrations type forest fruit harvester arm during the work process is carried on using machinery system dynamics simulation software ADAMS. Firstly the arm is researched as rigid body and the simulation and analyze data is got, by analysing the multi-rigid body dynamics under the conditions (the process of picking head positioning) and conditions (the process of vibrating). Secondly researched the arm taken as flexible body, and analysed the flexible multi-body dynamics analysis in different conditions of rigid-flexible coupled conditions. As well as the simulation data is compared to the rigid body dynamics simulation data, in the end the arm is closer the proper motion situation taken as the rigid-flexible coupled body.This research shows that the mechanism design of the arm is reasonable and the force condition is in good condition, which can meet the practical needs for picking. At the same time, the dynamic simulation data obtained from this article can also be an important reference for the further optimization design for arm and the similar machinery.
