To start with, the E.urophylla×E.grandis clone DH32-29 was selected to study the aunual heigt growth of young trees, DBH and the content of trace element with adding the microelement such as Boron, Zinc, Copper, Ferrum, Manganese and Molybdenum to the micromineral. The results are as follows.Comparing with the control group, adding a single trace element such as Boron, Zinc, Copper, Ferrum, Manganese and Molybdenum could largely enhance the height growth by 11.00% to 21.16%. The data showed that the experimental group with adding Boron and zinc increased the platation height by 21.16% and 20.54% respectively. Further more, adding any kind of trace element did well in the platation height while the gathering of all trace element illustrated the best efficiency with 34.65% rising than the control group. What can be conclude was applying multiple trace elements was better than the single one.The experimental group with adding Boron, Zinc, Copper, Ferrum, Manganese and Molybdenum had a significant increase on DBH by 20.33% ,19.86%,19.39%,9.81%,12.38% and 15.89% respectively compared with the control group. Besides, adding any kind of trace element contributed a lot to theDBH while the gathering of all trace elements demonstrated the best efficiency with 31.78% rising than the control group. To sum up, adding various trace elements was more effective than the single one. What’s more, the leaves performed a sensible supplement with the trace element and absorption of all kinds of trace element coexisted well and promoted each other. The experimental group with adding Boron, Zinc,Copper, Ferrum, Manganese and Molybdenum had a significant increase on trace element assimilation by 145.06%,185.86%,78.97%, 270.56%,202.09% and 29.46%.Overall, the single trace element Boron added showed the best effect in enhancing the growth of E.urophylla×E.grandis clone DH32-29 treelet and adding various trace elements was more efficient than the single one.
