The northeast black earth area is one of the world’s three big black soil area, is China’s important grain production base, one of the biggest soybean production areas. But uneven distribution of rainfall, the scarce water resources, serious soil degradation, crop water use efficiency is low and the soil fertility decrease limits the black soil area at the main factors of agricultural production, therefore, studies the northeast black earth area of soybean regulation mechanism of reasonable use of limited water resources and water saving has important significance to increase crop yields even furtherIn this article, through 2014 in heilongjiang province agricultural reclamation administration hongxing farm soon test site test, studied the applying biochar black soybean. The experiment with the method of potted, travelling in the canopy. To soybean growth period is divided into seedling stage, flowering and podding, drum, four reproductive stage, 15 days rdi in seedling stage, and set up three water treatment, and at the same time set up six biochar treatment, a total of 18 processing,through biological properties of soybean plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, yield, dry matter and hundred grain weight, economic coefficient, water use efficiency of study, analyzes the different moisture and different biochar treatment on the impact of these factors. By applying biochar effect on soil fertility of soybean, preliminary explore the causes of biochar growth role.A large number of studies have shown that regulated deficit irrigation(rdi) can have the effect of water production, biochar can change the physical and chemical properties of soil, water production, the purpose of this paper, the combination, preliminary exploration in the black soil area at the application of biochar, and regulated deficit irrigation(rdi) a better model. Analyzed under the condition of normal irrigation, applying biochar in soil organic matter, alkali solution nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and PH of change; Analyzed the different biochar with regulated deficit irrigation(rdi) under the condition of soybean each period, plant height, stem diameter and leaf area of change; Analyzed the different biochar and regulated deficit irrigation(rdi) against each soybean yield and dry matter, economic coefficient, the change of the kernel weight and water use efficiency. As in the northeast black earth area by biochar and regulated deficit irrigation(rdi) provides some references for the way of planting soybeans.The results show that:(1)On soybean early for irrigation, inhibit the growth of soybean early.Regulated deficit irrigation(rdi) treatment of soybean seedling plant height, stem diameter, leaf area were less than the control, severe rdi processing of soybean plant height, stem diameter and leaf area is greater than the effect of mild rdi processing.(2) was beneficial to the improvement of the soybean yield, moderate deficit leads to excessive deficit reduction. Compared to the treatment for mild deficit 12.5% soybean yield and dry matter 12.6% increase, treatment for severe deficit soybean yield decreased by 7.3%, dry matter 5.4% damping.(3) regulated deficit irrigation(rdi)can play to improve the water use efficiency. Severe deficit to deal with the water use efficiency of soybean, than the water use efficiency of mild rdi, mild rdi treatment of water use efficiency is higher than the normal irrigation,rdi water saving effect is obvious.(4) Rdi soybean growth will appear after the compensation effect. Mild rdi can increase plant height, stem diameter and the soybean plant leaf area, growth of 7%, 19% and 11% respectively.(5) the amount of biochar can improve water use efficiency, soybean excessive biochar reduces soybean water use efficiency. To C20 treatment has the highest water use efficiency.(6) with the increase of applying biochar content, the soil PH value increased.(7) add biochar in soil, has obviously promote the soybean growth, exert too much will inhibit the growth of soybean. Compared to add 20 g/kg biochar processing plant height, stem diameter, leaf area growth were 11% ~ 19%, 7% ~ 20%, 20% ~ 7%.Excessive biochar inhibit the growth of soybean, add the 50 g/kg biochar processing plant height,stem diameter and leaf area of the damping were 11% ~ 29%, 19% ~ 29% and 39% ~29%.(8)Moderately biochar and moderate under the condition of rdi interactions, soybean plant height, stem diameter and leaf area increased significantly, add 20 g/kg biochar and mild rdi processing of soybean plant height, stem diameter and leaf area compared with the control,increased by 26%, 26% and 26% respectively.(9) moderately biochar and moderate regulated deficit irrigation(rdi) interactions can increase soybean yield and hundred kernel weight and dry matter. Compared to add 20 g/kg biochar and processing of soybean production for mild deficit,hundred kernel weight and dry matter increased by 30%, 28% and 30% respectively.(10)moderately biochar and moderate rdi interactions can significantly improve the water use efficiency of soybean.(11) moderately biochar and moderate rdi against each soybean plant height,stem diameter, leaf area, yield and hundred kernel weight, and the influence of dry matter, greater than moderate biochar processing or moderate the effects of rdi.
