In actual production, the application of nitrogen fertilizer is mainly with urea and ammonium sulfate, the test by studying the different Nitrogen Form regulation of spring maize root, growth and development in northeast China, photosynthetic characteristics, soil enzyme activity and soil ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen content, nitrogen utilization efficiency of agriculture, and nitrogen partial productivity as well as the influence of the influence of yield and quality, etc, to explore the actual field production of nitrogen forms and proportion, understand the northeast spring maize response to the different nitrogen forms, analyses the reason of different processing make the yield of spring corn, to provide theoretical basis for rational fertilization way, to the actual agricultu ral production has an important guiding significance. The results are as follows:The root length, root surface area and root volume of A2 treatment are greater than any other parameters,compared with other treatments significant difference, that the ratio of fertilizer to some extent, meets the requirements of the growth of roots, rich nutrients, promote the adaptability of the root.At the same time, the treatment of corn seedling root activity is the best, the significant difference compared with A3, A5 treatment.The fresh plant height, leaf dry weight, stem fresh dry weight, stem diameter, stem length, leaf area and root-shoot ratio of every treatment were increased, but the A2 treatment effect is most obvious, and there was a significant difference with other treatment.Each treatment of SPAD in maize growth period, leaf photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, change first increased and peaked tasseling stage, in addition to SPAD reach maximum in filling stage, the remaining indexes reach maximum in spinning stage.
