In our country, agricultural products has been greater demanded. In order to meet the requirements of production, achieve high yield of vegetable, adding pesticides to prevent pests phenomenon has been essential. At present, the average amount per unit area of chemical pesticides in the world before caused by pesticide residues on soil ecology the environmental pollution and harm to food safety has become more and more serious. With the increase of food safety concerns, a new way of accelerating pesticide degradation in vegetables to reduce pesticide residues, to provide safe food sources is of practical significance for human [2]. has been shown as an important antioxidant, glutathione plays an important role in reduce pesticide poisoning. But the oxidation of glutathione and its regulation of redox signaling in plants of chlorothalonil(CHT) and other xenobiotics metabolic degradation The effect remains to be further studied.This study selected from programme Foundation NO.31301769,crop tomato cultivation area wide facilities, selection of target pesticides in agricul tural production of pesticide residues of chlorothalonil. Through spraying method, will also prototype, oxidized glutathione(GSH, GSSG) and glutathione synthesis inhibitor(BSO) sprayed on the surface of the leaves of tomato chlorothalonil under the stress of different construction. Therefore, glutathione Gan peptide on reactive oxygen species(ROS) in tomato accumulation have a certain role in mitigation.(2)GSSG treatment can significantly induce detoxification enzyme GSTs、GPXs activity increased.GSSG pretreatment inhibited GSTs activity enhanced after. Exogenous BSO pretreatment at 1d after significantly decreased activity of GSTs 、GPXs. The BSO on enzyme activity inhibition effect is stronger in GSSG processing that glutathione can through induced upregulation of GSTs activity to enhance the detoxification capacity.(3)Effect of exogenous pretreatment significantly enhanced enzyme activity of GPxs, exogenous pre processing GSSG can induce the GPxs significantly reduced. Exogenous BSO pre processing reduced in tomato GPxs vitality. That GSH in content decrease of detoxifying enzymes GPxs function inhibition.(4)Exogenous pre treatment of GSH, CAT, APX, SOD, DHAR activity w as significantly increased, which cat and DHAR after upregulated compared to the in the control group, the difference was significant, APX after differences significant.GR enzyme activity and water pre treatment of photographic ratio decreased significantly. Exogenous GSSG pre Processing Tomato in vivo cat, APX, SOD, DHAR was significantly decreased, and the activity of GR was significantly increased. Exogenous BSO pretreatment in tomato plant, cat, APX, SOD, DHAR, GR enzyme activity were significantly lower. GSH in antioxidant system, through change in GSH content and redox state can be induced in vivo antioxidant enzyme activity change.(5)Exogenous pretreatment GSH can induce chlorothalonil processing tomato GSTs, GPxs enzyme activity to improve and promote the non protein bound thiols(NPT) formation. Exogenous pre processing GSSG and BSO reduces the GSTs, GPxs enzyme activity, and inhibition of the NPT generation.In summary, glutathione to participate in 100 bacterium Qing environmental conditio ns against oxidation system in effect, GSH and GSH/GSSG signal components can be by starting plant antioxidant system and the related detoxification system, reduction in plant active oxygen damage, decrease caused by pesticide against oxidative stress damage.
