Agricultural production and ecological environment are seriously impacted by soil salinization. Soil salinization can inhibit the growth of crops and destroy the plant photosynthesis, the microbial community structure and enzyme activity will be affected by different degree too. There are many ways to improve salinity soil. Microbial method have the advantage of environmental friendly and no pollution. Few has been done about this and far from achieving application level. This paper tries to use related microbes to improve salinization soil, lay a foundation for effective utilization of salinization of soil and provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of saline soil resources.Firstly, six salt-tolerant bacterial strains were isolated and selected from the plant rhizosphere soil of Shanghai pudong district heqing town friendship village totally. Only one strain YL4 not only has the ACC deaminase activity, but also can dissolve the difficult soluble inorganic phosphorus. It also has the nitrogen fixation ability. At the same time it can produce iron carrier. All above confer it has the ability to promote the growth of the plants. The N-J tree showed that YL4 was close to the Bacillus sp.The research of salinization of soil of Baichen in Pudong district showed that B-1 is the most serious one. Therefore we selected B-1 as the test venue. The total salt content of B-1 is 9.4g/kg,which belongs to the salinization of soil and almost reached the standard of salt. The incobutation of YL4 decreased the salt content to 1.54g/kg, close to normal standard of soil. The incobutation of YL4 and S3-1 also decreased the salt content. According to the indicators of fresh weight, Vegetable quality, amounts of microbial and soil enzyme activity,we know that co-inoculation of YL4 and S3-1can significantly improve the salinization of soil in plant growth and reduce the total salt content in soil.In the study about Na + absorption of yeast mutants, eight strains were tested. Four of them(Wild Type,O6, B5 and YBR290w)were selected for the following experiments. The results of death rate test and TEM indicated that vacuole is the most possible organelles to asist the yeast cells absorb Na+. However, the specific mechanism of yeast mutant absorption Na + still need further test to verify.
