We studied the impact of exogenous enzymes cultured microbes Lake sheep rumen fluid in vitro, exogenous enzymes by cellulase and xylanase in accordance with 4:1 ratio preparation, designed to exogenous enzymes as feed additives developed Hu sheep provide a theoretical basis. The lake sheep rumen fluid culture method outside of exogenous enzyme lOmg/kg,20mg/kg,30mg/kg 40mg/kg and four levels, respectively, in cultured 6h, after 12h,18h,24h,36h and 48h on training value, ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) concentration, microbial protein (MCP) and volatile fatty acids concentration (VFA) concentration affect pH solution. Studies have shown that adding different levels of exogenous enzymes can improve the in vitro rumen microbial properties, which dosage 20mg/kg treatment group best, VFA 37% increase compared to the control group (P<0.01), NH3-N concentration ratio improve the control group 17%(P<0.01), MCP increase compared with the control group 8%(P<0.01).Visible added exogenous enzymes can improve rumen microbial fermentation characteristics.
