Cymbidium ensifolium ((1.)) Sw, has a long history and rich varieties, have a good view, economic and cultural value. Due to its developed in two aspects of cultivation and landscape application are less, from study the physiological characteristics, and is currently in Fuzhou area of garden from the view of the application of chlorophyll fluorescence technology application and the methods of on-the-spot investigation of six varieties Cymbidium ensifolium rapid light curves, fluorescence parameters, the fluorescence quenching, electron transfer rate and landscape application are studied, the comprehensive the above research results are as follows:1.The ETR testing varieties increased with light intensity, can achieve rETR and can withstand the maximum light intensity showed obvious difference between varieties, after reaching rETR increases with light intensity and lower, and the light intensity is higher than a certain value after the ETR to 0, the preliminary judgment because light protection mechanism, ETR relationship of light intensity as quadratic function.2.With light intensity, there was no significant difference between varieties Fo numerical, there was a significant difference while Fm, varieties of Fm relevant height and stability to a certain extent, the mean Fm high varieties Fm stability is lower than the average Fm low varieties. Varieties of electron transfer rate also have larger average standard deviation, but overall sorting and Fm sorting are basically identical.3.Varieties is there no necessary relation between the degree of resistance to light and photosynthetic efficiency, resistance and NPQ directly associated with the degree of illumination. Varieties of qP and NPQ average standard deviation is higher than the average standard deviation of the Fm and Fo, longyan element of the present large floating numerical.4.Testing varieties, according to the can withstand the light intensity from high to low in turn order, respectively is C. ensifolium’Da Qing’, C. ensifolium’Xiao Taohong’, C. ensifolium’Long Yansu’, C. ensifolium’You Xisu’, C. ensifolium’Shi Zhanghong’, C. ensifolium’Tie Gusu’, C. ensifolium’Da Qing’is significantly higher than other varieties, C. ensifolium’Tie Gusu’significantly lower than other varieties.5. Cymbidium ensifolium in Fuzhou area landscape application principle of adjust measures to local conditions, the artistic effect, environmental psychology and economic and reasonable. Configuration mode match with potted plants, rockery, building, water, trees and gardens, configuration to be developed there are flowers, flower terraces and flower box. Problems with application site less, less way, Cymbidium ensifolium (Linn.) Sw is the main reason of low public recognition, Cymbidium ensifolium (Linn.) Sw landscape application need further development.6. Cymbidium ensifolium (Linn.) Sw currently there are two main problems:1) The lack of a systematic breeding research and extension in Cymbidium ensifolium (Linn.) Sw, content of the present study was not used in industry production Cymbidium ensifolium (Linn.) Sw.2) The lack of landscape application development.Suggestions for the problem there are three points:1) Strengthen the research for Cymbidium ensifolium (Linn.) Sw fostering.2) Increase Cymbidium ensifolium (Linn.) Sw application in the gardens3) Efforts to promote cultural propaganda.
