The Ecological restoration of rock slope has become more and more popular.However, due to the poor conditions of rock slope, we have to water it again and again to ensure the survival of plants.This paper takes Lespedeza as an example.Exogenous plant growth regulator is used to change the characteristics of shape, structure,and the spatial distribution patternof biomass, so that the goal of enhancing the ablity of drought resistance can be achieved.The results are as follows:Suitable concentration of PP333, NAA, ABA can effectively increase theLespedeza’sroot total length, root surface area, root volume, root average diameter, root number, the thickness of stem base,thebiomass of underground part, root cap ratio, FW/DW ratio and the length of rootlet. And it can also effectively decrease theleaf area ofLespedeza. After natural drought stress, appropriate concentration of PP333, NAA, and ABAcan slow down the rate of leaf relative electrical conductivity, decrease the accumulation of MDA, and increase the content of proline.Comprehensive evaluation shows that to change the characteristics of shape, structure,and the spatial distribution patternof biomass and to improve plant drought resistance ability, concentration of PP333 in 400 to 600 ppm, concentration of NAA in 100 to 150 ppm; ABA concentration of 7.5 to 10 ppm work best. And when NAA concentration is 150 ppm, the ablity of Lespedeza in drought resistance is best.
