In recent years, Beijing ecological and clean small-watersheds mountain rapid development, evaluation, ecological clean small watershed level is a prerequisite for good clean small watershed construction. This paper selects 7 Beijing mountainous districts 35 small watershed as samples, and screened eight affect the ecological cleanliness of a small watershed in the existing single factor index evaluation, the collection of samples of single factor index value finishing small watershed, its statistics Status to find out the lowest compliance rate of short board factors. The index of the original data were normalized using Nemerow index and principal component analysis results of single factor index contribution rate to arrive at the cumulative contribution rate of soil erosion area ratio, and the forest coverage rate of chemical fertilizer strength Status 61.28% results show that the group factor is the main factor affecting the ecological cleanliness of the small watershed, make recommendations building clean small watershed in the group should focus on governance factors. And Mentougou Nanjian small watershed as an example, with the present study results to determine key governance factors of soil erosion area ratio, the selection of targeted measures will eventually clean the original value of the degree of ecological Nanjian Watershed 0.76 down to 0.43 to achieve the goal of Nanjian ditch clean small watershed construction.
