With the Chinese pine (Pinus tabulaeformis) forests as the research object in Shanxi Province TaiYueShan, we did the following treatment on soil:CK:control group, BL: blank group, B:biochar, C:corn straw, S:sawdust, L:Q.liaotungensis leaf, P:Pinus tabulaeformis leaf. Each treatment was repeated five designs. Monitoring soil respiration rate and soil temperature, humidity after adding different organic matter in 2014 and 2015’s growing season. Collected soil samples in August, October 2014 and in March, may, September 2015 respectively to measure soil organic carbon, soil microbial biomass carbon, easy oxidation of soil organic carbon content. The results show:(1) easy oxidation of soil organic carbon and total organic soil content did not appear obvious seasonal dynamic during the experiment. There was no significant influence of adding different organic matter on soil total carbon content in Chinese pine (Pinus tabulaeformis) forests. The influence of adding different organic matter on easy oxidation of soil organic carbon content also did not reach significant level.(2) Soil microbial biomass carbon have an obvious seasonal dynamic during the experiment. And adding different organic matter have no effect on the seasonal change the dynamic. Compared to the control group, there was no significant influence of adding different organic matter on soil microbial biomass carbon content.(3) With organic matter added there were no significant differences influence on soil temperature, but there is significant differences of soil moisture(P<0.05). Soil respiration rate and soil temperature were significantly related.Adding different organic matter does not change the correlation between soil respiration and soil temperature, they still have significant correlation. The correlation of soil respiration and soil temperature are improved by the flowing treatment:blank group, applying corn straw, sawdust, Q.liaotungensis leaf, Pinus tabulaeformis leaf. Soil respiration rate has obvious seasonal dynamics, and adding different organic matter may not change this seasonal dynamics. The effects of soil respiration rate did not reach significant level by adding different organic matter compared to the control group. Qio was also no significant difference compared to the control group.
