In this paper, in order to find the reasonable fertilization way to reduce heavy metals on the quality of tomato and the heavy metals of tomato accumulation.Based on the 27 years long-term fertilization experiment on using tomato as test materials. Through the study of phosphate fertilizer and organic fertilizer effect on soil heavy metal content, to investigate the changes of heavy metal content in topsoil, the accumulation of heavy metals in soils under different fertilization treatments was determined. At the same time in order to avoid the harmful heavy metals enter the body through the food chain, reasonable fertilizer proportion, to contribute to the healthy development of the regulation of the environment and human. This experiment adopted by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.By graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.UV spectrophotometry the titration method. The paper uses EXCEL analysis, SPSS statistical analysis software. The conclusion is that:1.The effect of fertilization on heavy metal contents in soil is larger; single application of organic fertilizer makes the vegetable field soil heavy metals Pb, Cd contents increased, but heavy metal Cr in soil has little effect. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers and inorganic fertilizer can reduce the soil content of heavy metals Pb, but have little effect on the Cd content in soil;organic fertilizer and shi inorganic fertilizer can the content of soil heavy metals Hg decreased P fertilizer on soil heavy metals such as as and Hg content influence.2. Fertilization can significantly decrease the content of heavy metal As in tomato; organic fertilizer and application of inorganic fertilizer can reduce the content of Pb and Cr in the tomato; fertilization has no significant influence on tomato wiht Cd and Hg, phosphate and the organic fertilizer can significantly increase the content of Pb of tomato; phosphate fertilizer on tomato in heavy metal arsenic affected.3. The total yield and fruit weight of tomato are affected by organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer. Organic fertilizer and fertilizer NPK fertilizer could significantly increase the total yield and fruit weight of tomato.K fertilizer on tomato yield also has certain effect.4. Fertilization has great influence on the quality of tomato, including the use of organic fertilizer content of vitamin C in tomato fruit was highest.Fertilization can increase the content of soluble sugar. The highest content of soluble sugar in tomato under organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer treatment;Titratable acid and free amino acid content in organic fertilizer is the most. So, reasonable distribution of organic manure and inorganic fertilizer can improve the nutritional quality of tomato fruit.5. From the single factor pollution index of soil heavy metals in soil contaminated that Cd is polluted. Pb, Cr, As, Hg is not affected by pollution. Phosphorus fertilizer organic fertilizer on soil dues to Cd pollution.Nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer are on the most serious pollution of Cr. The soil with AN0, AP, ANP have moderate pollution. The soil and crops are affected by moderate pollution by BN0, BP, BNP, ANPK, BNPK and the soil is light polluted, crops have been contaminated.
