The Measure Of Qinghai’s New Type Of Solar Greenhouse’s Performance

This paper studies the using performance of new type of solar greenhouse, called active lighting and heating storage type solar greenhouse in qinghai region. The selected sunlight greenhouse is located in the modern agricultural demonstration park of LeDu HaiDong city, Qinghai provence. This syudy measured the test datas onder two different weather conditions,winter sunshine and cloudy day of winter in 2015, analyzesed the difference of index of indoor light, temperature, humidity of the new type of solar greenhouse in Qinghai, explored the heat storage performance of the active regenerative structureof back wall of the new type of greenhouse,through the the analysis of the data of longitudinal accumulation of active regenerative structure and into and outlet temperature. In the Experiment, we plant tomato in the new type of solar greenhouse in qinghai and ordinary energy-saving sunlight greenhouse at the same time in winter, and comprehensive analysis the practical performance of the new type of solar greenhouse in qingha by comparison of tomato plant height, stem diameter, Production and economic benefits of the two greenhouses. The results show that:(1)temperature: the indoor air temperature and ground temperature of qinghai’s new type solar greenhouse were higher than the ordinary energy-saving sunlight greenhouse.The indoor average temperature of cloudy and sunny weather of qinghai’s new type solar greenhouse were 14 ℃ and 14.4 ℃,but the ordinary energy-saving sunlight greenhouse were 12.1℃,12.5℃. The indoor ground temperature of cloudy and sunny weather of qinghai’s new type solar greenhouse were higher than the ordinary energy-saving sunlight greenhouse by 1.3℃,1℃.(2)Humidity; The index of indoor relative humidity of qinghai’s new type solar greenhouse is slightly superior to ordinary greenhouse. During the day main lighting period, the indoor average air relative humidity of cloudy and sunny weather of qinghai’s new type solar greenhouse were 52%,50%, but the ordinary energy-saving sunlight greenhouse 59%、55%. The time of indoor relative humidity below 70% of qinghai’s new type solar greenhouse were 1.5 hours more than the ordinary sunlight greenhouse regardless of sunny or cloudy days.(3) illumination:Indoor average illuminance and daylighting roofing average transmittance of qinghai’s new type solar greenhouse were higher than the ordinary greenhouse in the cloudy and sunny weather of winter. In cloudy day, light transmittance of qinghai’s new type solar greenhouse relative increased by 6.38%, and the light transmittance of the two type greenhouse were 52.54%, 46.16%. In sunny day, light transmittance of qinghai’s new type solar greenhouse relative increased by 8.42%, and the light transmittance of the two type greenhouse were 58.02%, 49.60%.(4)Active heat storage of back wall: the temperature above the heating pipe were gradually increasing from top to bottom, which mains the more close to the precast concrete heat storage channel wall temperature is higher within the scope of a certain height. The outlet temperature of was lower than the inlet temperature. The average temperature of inlets was 11.6 ℃, and the average temperature of indoor was 8.6 ℃,during the main heat preservation period 21:00 at night to the next morning 9:00.Thus the average temperature of inlets was 3.0 ℃ than indoor.The datas showed that inlet temperature high than indoor temperature.outlet temperature slightly less than indoor temperature. So the phenomenon of heat storage was obvious.(5) tomato growth and yield :the plant height and stem diameter of tomato in qinghai’s new type solar greenhouse were higher than in the ordinary greenhouse, which means the growth of of tomato in qinghai’s new type solar greenhouse was better than in the ordinary greenhouse. Increased production by 22%.(6) economic benefi: The annual profit of qinghai’s new type solar greenhouse and the ordinary greenhouse were 54926.8 yuan, 43179.2 yuan. Although cost recovery of the qinghai’s new type greenhouse needs 6.74 years,which is more than 1.69 years than the ordinary greenhouse, the benefit of the new type of greenhouse is far greater than ordinary greenhouse after the cost recovery.
