The distribution of temperature and relative humidity on storage quality of apple about60%~70%. Analysis of the distribution of temperature and relative humidity during postharvest storage is important for establishing warehouse management specification.Studing the distribution of temperature and relative humidity at the apple storage in cold store. Using the software for the apple stacking and unstacking simulation, some instrument is used to measure the temperature and relative humidity research methods and results are as follows:(1) Comparing the distribution of the temperature with two fan location. The correlation coefficient of the measured and simulated value were 0.8758 and 0.8216, a good agreement. The fan on the long direction, the average temperature within the stacking is low0.85 ℃ than the width, the maximum temperature is lower 2.32 ℃ than the width, the unstacking temperature is low 1.46℃ than the maximum area in the width. The fan set in the direction of length, better than the width.(2) After the fan stop working, simulating the changes for the distribution of temperature and relative humidity. When stopped 3h, the temperature dropped 1℃~3℃ in the stacking area. But the average of total temperature increased 0.5℃, the relative humidity increased 3%. The correlation coefficient between simulated value and measured value is0.9544. The distribution of high temperature zone in the reservoir has not been improved obviously.(3)At the same stacking, the distribution of temperature in different grades of apples is big effecting than that of the same grade at the different stacking. The same stacking,different grades apple temperature distribution difference in 0.04℃~1.17℃; the same grade apple, different stacking temperature difference at 0℃~0.47℃. Effect of different grades of apple’s influence on the temperature distribution is greater than the stacking.
