To improve use efficiency of phosphate fertilizer, loam, clay and sand three different texture of soil which collected from Yanbian Apple pear orchard as test materials, In order to find out the effects of biochemical fulvic acid, oxalic acid and EDTA on available phosphorus content and inorganic phosphorus fractions in orchard soil, soil culture was conducted. The results showed that biochemical fulvic acid, oxalic acid and EDTA three synergists can be effectively increase the content of available P,Ca2-P and Fe-P, However they had an negative effect on the content of Ca8-P and Al-P in the former days, and then play an effective role in promoting the content of them later. Compare with the effect of synergists on Ca8-P and Al-P, O-P showed an opposite tendency, the content was suppressed at the earlier stage, then improved at the later stage. At the same time, the synergist effects were not the same in different texture of soil, the synergists mixed treatment with the ratio of 1/2 biochemical fulvic acid/P2O5 and the ratio of 1/4 oxalic acid/P2O5 had a better synergistic effect in loam soil, and the treatment with the ratio of 1/2 biochemical fulvic acid/P2O5 was good for clay. Nevertheless, the synergists mixed treatment with the ratio of 1/2 biochemical fulvic acid/P2O5 and the ratio of 1/1 EDTA/P2O5 had a complementary effect on sandy soil during different times. So it is suggested that they should be mixed before applied to the soil. Therefore, from our present study, the effectiveness order of three synergists’ in orchard soil was biochemical fulvic acid, oxalic acid and EDTA.
