This study investigated the effect on height, diameter, biomass, nodule growth, nitrogenase activity, as well as physiological and photosynthetic characteristics, etc. of Alnus formosana seedlings under different soil conditions with applying different amounts of nitrogen fertilizer. Preliminary respectively analysis the difference on Alnus formosana seedlings physiological growth as well root nodulation in the level of soil and nitrogen fertilizer, investigate and evaluate on the seedling growth and adaptability to the nature; It has 11 points for introduction and cultivation trials in Guangxi region involving afforestation area 15hm2, establish a standard (10m × 30m) in each afforestationt, containing about 60 seedlings, tracked and measured the seedlings, through investigate and comparative on lumber coherent shape, forest growth, pests and other indicators of Alnus formosana in different introduced region, analysis of climate, site and soil factors influencing its growth, comprehensive evaluation of Alnus formosana introduction results in Guangxi Province, judge the best suitability introduced region of Alnus formosana growing, analysis the conditions of suitable area to determine its optimum cultivation area in Guangxi Province. Research indicates:(1) The adaptability growth of seedling on soil nitrogen concentration, results show that. when increases the amount of nitrogen fertilizer, height, diameter goes different trends, less nitrogen to promote growth, inhibit the growth of nitrogen, the performance of the best fertilizer is not applied; Plant developed height and thin in less nitrogen levels means promoting in height, restraining in diameter growth; in high nitrogen level, the seedlings performance that growing well and quickly of the early time. The best treatment in the height and diameter growing relatively is T2-2, optimum soil conditions as for 2nd soil type, means the yellow soil which rich in organic matter and nutrient content was the best soil for nursery, with optimal range in small amount of nitrogen fertilizer < 6g per plant.(2) The physiological of seedling adapted on soil nitrogen results aspects. the performance difference varies greatly with the least law; the nitrogen has little effect on content of soluble protein accumulation of seedling; make a formal application of nitrogen fertilizer can inhibit the accumulation of MDA in early time; 2nd soil by acidic yellow without nitrogen fertilizer show best in accumulation of soluble protein and reducing the generation of MDA aspect, the fertilization of program 3 by weakly acidic red loam soil with small amounts of nitrogen used in conjunction was the best, program4 by red loam soil was less in difference obviously; low-nitrogen showed better in Chlorophyll content than high-nitrogen fertilizer and without relatively, the highest content treatment combination of the need in generating of chlorophyll was T1-3, types 1 by strongly acidic soil with nutrient-rich black loam, appropriately handle the increase of nitrogen complexes is the best measure; light saturation point of each process ranged between 1056.81-1923.78μmol·m-2·s-1, range of light compensation point were 10.36-32.91 μmol·m-2·s-1; from the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on photosynthetic characteristics of seedlings, it has better performance of photosynthetic properties under no nitrogen handle more than the other two treatments.(3) Bulky root nodules distributed mainly in the main roots, a large area of scattered granules remaining on fibrous roots, especially no-nitrogen fertilizer applied had the most nodule number, nitrogen will inhibit nodule formation. Nitrogenase activity in four kinds of soil performance T2> T3> T1> T4, the absence of nitrogen was at the highest level; No.2 yellow soil with no-nitrogen fertilizer has the highest values of 6.13μmol·g-1·h-1 in reducing the amount of ethylene, which corresponds to the amount of nitrogen fixation 57.2μmol·g-1·h-1.(4) Correlation analysis of soil properties and seedling growth showed. soil PH negatively correlated with various kinds of growth factors; hydrolyzed nitrogen content has the positive correlation with height significantly; diameter significantly has the positive correlation with organic matter, nitrogen content and phosphorus content; total phosphorus has the positive correlation with shoot dry weight and total biomass of seedling; full of potassium has the significantly positive correlation with chlorophyll and nodule dry weight; nodule nitrogenase activity and hydrolytic nitrogen were significantly positively correlated; soluble protein and total phosphorus, total potassium were significantly positive related.(5) The results of Guangxi afforestation test show that the growth of each test woodland significant difference, tree growth in the woodland of afforestation in 2012 descending as. Yulin Institute of Forestry> Weidu> Sanmenjiang> Gaofeng> Liangfengjiang> Huangmian; tree growth of afforestation in 2013 descending were. Weidu>Huangmian>Liuwan> Paiyangshan>TianhongLing>Darong Mountain>Dagui Mountain. Ecolo-gical Growth Results that. differences in crown size were not significant, differences in leaf size were very significant, but the same aspect ratio shows less variability.(6) Analysis on the effect of natural factors to foreast growth in the introduction area shows. The main factor is the climate and the days of annual average temperature accumulate≥ 10℃, followed by precipitation; aspect is the most affected main site factors; phosphorus content is the main effect of soil factors.
